Ace wrote, played and performed that solo. It's simply his. And the other guys plays a big part of the original solo. All of them were really good guitarists !
Ace was the goldilocks guitarist for kiss. He was just right. Vinnie was honestly a way better guitarist than kiss deserved. He could have been a randy rhodes stand in for ozzy
For me, Ace's original solo will always be the best, but Vinnie played a blinder and his version was fire. He added his own flair, originality and style to the solo and I would happily listen to his version. Tommy, on the other hand, no flair, no originality and no style, unless the wholesale copying of Ace is regarded as a style.

Y si fata Mark, y bruce q para mi es un gran guitarrista, q hizo un trabajo increíble, tuve la suerte de verlo en la gira crazy nigths en París, en Londres y birnigham en revenge, genial , ace el maestro q en directo es brutal, tanto en sus inicios , como en solitario, q también tuve la suerte , de verlo, en París y en Madrid y Barcelona, tommy thayer ya lo vi engañado,o sea sin ganas, en directo me falto vinnie y Mark, pero en último lugar va tommy esta claro, saludos!

Eric and Vinnie were very mysterious. I saw “Creatures Tour” with Plasmatics opening. Vinnie had just joined. Literally. People at the concert didn’t know who he was! No internet. “The Invasion” still sounds awesome.

Why no recent videos of the Love Gun Solos for Tommy and Ace? There's ample video out there for 2022 with both Ace and Tommy doing the Love Gun solos. You cannot compare old video and say it's comprehensive.
I respect the guys that added their style to Aces solos they're just tries to copy note for note which we all know he can't ever capture aces style and sound
