Phillips is still giving me the run around ive been fighting to get my machine replaced for the past 3 years,,,
I have infection in my sinuses. I been on meds for three months now. And my sinuses still hurt. I am going back to the doctor to see why
I had this machine for 9 years. And i am sick
What sickness are you dealing with
The DeVilbiss Intelipap machines also presented the foam problem. Driv/DeVilbiss kept it secret and decided to keep quiet and discontinue the manufacture of CPAP machines.
Does this litigation only apply to patients who used the device in the USA? I'm based in Canada. Is there any legal claim recourse for patients who bought and used a recalled device in Canada?

Im still forced to use a recalled machine I have been getting the run around for 3 years and still cant get my machine replaced since useing the machine I have had multiple heart issues and lack of oxygen.

That this guy thinks (?) that there was ever an alternative "harmless foam" that people could have inhaled while sleeping (in lieu of this carcinogenic foam) is mind- boggling and puts him in the camp with the Philips zombies. Or certainly in the camp of those utterly ignorant about the human body.😢
The design did not have to include foam in the airway. Gun silencers just use baffles which breakup the noise without blocking airflow or introducing chemicals. IMHO.
