    I have been working hard to get into shape and back into exercise after an injury. This video is perfect for me. It pushes me hard, but I feel safe and don’t injure myself further. I get a great work out. I also find your reminders throughout the video to be perfectly timed (losing grip on bars, engaging core, push yourself if you’re not etc.), and it’s overall just my favourite workout video on the web! Thanks!

    Loved this! Is this enough exercise for the day? I'm thinking about doing this then doing a little weight lifting every other day.

      Yes and yes! 10-30 min of cardio a day is an efficient range. HIIT allows you to do more in less time. Strength training added every other day will also significantly improve your results.

    I have chronic lower back and sciatica pain. The bike really helps me to get my hips moving in the AM. I felt great after this, not all tight and in pain like after going to a cross fit gym. I cant do a lot of heavy weaight training and I am hoing the bike will be my solution to building a stronger core. If I do this 10min work out daily will I see good results?

    torn between THIS SF-B1877, the synergy, synergy pro, B1805, or the SF-B1709 --- am not hardcore (YET), and have been using simple low-intensity, folding upright...but I run 4-5 5K/week, am in decent shape,, and plan to get in gear, big time.... Am 5'2" and weigh 110, and am worried about adjustability for my petite frame. With my weight, bike build/max capacity may be less important
    Does anyone --- including Sunny Fitness -- have any thoughts on the above mentioned models? Price wise the range is from $350 - $650 .... I feel like on-board bells n whistle could be important, ie monitor measuring all metrics including cadence (none seem to track tension) and a place to place ipad. Thanks for your help. I have done tons of research, different brands n models, and I think one of these Sunny Fitness models will be just right. I have their row n ride amazing little machine and am very impressed. As for their indoor cycling bikes, seems like the sweet spot for quality, features and price .... THANKS again ANYONE ...

      We recommend measuring inseam for best fit on our bikes. Once you know your inseam you can compare to see if you're in the right range for best fit on these bikes - SF-B1877 inseam range: Min 27.5 in / Max 36.5 in, Synergy inseam range: Min 27 in / Max 37.5 in, Synergy Pro inseam: Min 29 in / Max 39.5 in, SF-B1805 inseam: Min 28 in / Max 38 in, and SF-B1709 inseam range: Min 28 in / Max 39 in. Once you've determined you fit the bike we're happy to compare and contrast features you're interested in!

    Is there any way to add a dumb bell wrack to the bike frame? I'm interested in this bike vs the synergy or synergy pro or b1805. I'm 5'2 and think this would be just fine for me, with basic monitor, and decent adjustable seat, 4 way, and 2 way handlebars....

      This is a great cardiovascular workout that can be used for weight loss, and to strengthen and tone muscles in your lower body. We'd like to note, that spot reducing fat in specific areas isn't possible, and some people lose fat in some areas faster than others. However, it is possible to achieve fat loss while using a routine like this regularly!

      This bike will track time, speed, distance, calorie, odometer, rpm, and pulse. There are many aftermarket sensors available, our customers prefer the brand Wahoo Fitness as they work well with our bikes.

      This workout is definitely designed to be a challenge, but if you're feeling unwell after it may be a sign you pushed a little too hard. Next time feel free to pull back a little bit and listen to your body! You can ease up to giving more and more each time you try this workout.

      Since everyone's metabolism is different, the best way to estimate your calories burned is to use the metabolic equivalent equation. We estimate that the MET value of your workout will be between 6-8. Using this value you can use the following equation to determine your estimated calories burned. Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200. For real-time calorie tracking, you could use an activity tracker like our Smart Fit Watch.
