Hold up, KH might be a giant game of isekai. Think about it. He's hopping around to different worlds and dimensions. In the first game he should've passed with Destiny Island, but woke up in traverse town. He was isekai'd. Dream Drop distance, Isekai. Chain of memories, Isekai. Definitely KH4, Isekai.

Just wanna point out that the canon mapping is triangle for cure. As everyone else except sora has it that way. It's still wrong but it's canon

I put cure on triangle when playing kh1 because aero costed 2 MP and if I put that on any other button i would've ended up constantly casting that on accident

During my first playthroughs I always thought cure belonged to X and aero/reflect was on square like it just feels natural

Me and a friend were just chillin' at his house once and he was playing kh 2. and i dead ass called him out for having cure on TRIANGLE!!! YOU DON'T DO THAT!!!

Kingdom hearts is 100% an Isekai. Isekai is when the protagonist goes to a different world, and sora goes to several. Most poeple associate dying with isekai cause it became very popular, but the protagonist doesn't have to die for it to be an isekai.
Also some people debate about wether or not SAO is an isekai. While he does go in a virtual world, he's still on earth, his home world, so technically, it's not.

7:06 I'm likely gonna get hate for this. Since i'm a switch version player, i'mma just put variants for my kh2 spell shortcuts. Cure goes on Square/Y since it's the furthest from the attack button so i don't accidentally hit it when attacking. Magnet goes on Triangle/X(Switch). Thunder goes on Circle/A. And either fire or reflect(depends on what i'm doing) goes on X(Playstation)/B.

I do put cure on x but i do reflect on triangle cuz reflect is kinda like a reaction command you need to know when to press it to avoid attack not too early or too late so habing reflect on the reaction command button feels more natural to me
Cure in X, reflect on triangle, magnet on circle and whatever other magic I want/need on square

also fyi i alternate between JP and american versions of the game, so i just put cure on circle or x depending what im playing. cure always belongs on the attack button. also i agree with square being reflect, triangle being the "whatever" button (currently magnet), and circle being blizzard

idk why but even in kh1 I always had cure on square, and thunder on X, I think it's cuz square is used for block and cure is also a defensive move?
Where were you at the board meeting? All KH players have agreed that cure goes on X and thunder goes on Triangle.

the only magic loadout I will allow is Cure on X, Reflect on square, fire on circle and magnet on triangle... you can swap those last 2 out for whatever you need for some specific bosses if you HAVE to

Sorry fam. I have cure on triangle like a reaction command. Square was always my thunder location, X is reflect (don't ask. The best i can come up with is it's fastest to spam) and circle is for fire/magnet. I understand and respect cure on X for the same reasons i like reflect on X

Cure does not go on X (or in my case A, Xbox controller here), or any button on the shortcut. We don't shortcut Cure here.
X is Reflect, Y is Magnet, B is whichever of the 3 elemental magics you need, be it Fire, Thunder, or Blizzard, in most cases Thunder unless you're fighting most datas, in which case Fire, and A is Ethers! Or Elixirs depending on your seed.
That aside, well done, Daxian!

Playing with keyboard and mouse, Cure is mapped directly to shift-click.
In KH2 I put:
Cure on Triangle
Reflect on Square
Thunder on Circle
And usually Fire on X
I've always done it
X - Cure
Square - Thunder
Triangle - Magnet
Circle - Reflect

I have a question: I am playing kh3 and am trying to get oblivion and I want to know a really good way to wipe enemy's at the seats of the game.
Oblivion requires beating the main game on critical mode. Best way to do that is just level up and learn strategies for each boss.
Start of the game not seats of the game and I am on my run to get oblivion.
