Hi Genevieve, my husband and I are wondering what supplements your husband took before conceiving?
I'm currently going through my second consecutive miscarriage, I'm hopeful I won't go through a third but trusting Jesus no matter what.
So great to know you love Jesus, we do too! He has blessed both our families immensely Thank you for all the really useful content you post, it's helped us lots xx

Hi Genevieve. How many mcgs are in the kelp supplements you took? What are your thoughts on how much iodine is safe during pregnancy? There are a lot of different recommendations. Thank you

I take: MEGA FLORA (baby & me 2) Probiotics. Vegan Omega-3. Ritual Prenatal. Vitamin C. B-12. Zinc. Future Kind Calcium. and spirulina. I have a video on my channel for the supplements I take. .... I wonder about the iodine as well, If I take any additional iodine I think it would be too much because my prenatal has enough. I don't take an extra iron supplement, I get it from pepitas, and other natural vegan foods.

@@hazelsmith5674 that goes for huge amounts of synthetic retinol. Natural retinol as fund in ruminant liver, cod liver, grass-fed butter, egg yolk, and the eyes of fish is literally one of the most important nutrients for pregnancy - especially when taken with vitamin D, which is also found in large amounts in natural cod liver.
So make sure that you use cod liver that does not contain syntehtic retinol (that is quite common, unfortunately) and it is a treat for mother and baby both.
