you know what really helps my hair every wash day? putting a "pre-shampoo", its just putting conditioner or a hair mask on the bottom half of my hair 30 minutes before you wash it... it protects the ends of the hair from the shampoo. Its very common here in Brazil :)
(you put it before the wash, so when your hair is dry)

I have pretty long hair,go down till my hips and is naturally wavy..and veryyy dry even though I don't use any hair dye...I love liking my hair,I actually do it every day!
Been waiting for this - need to see the routine for your gorgeous hair. Really reminds me of Victoria Secret supermodel hair during the Fashion Show. Love castor oil - one trick I found is if you use conditioner on your hair first and leave it in for 3 mins then shampoo, the castor oil will come off much better, you’ll definitely feel the difference. My hair is long and very dry so i have always used a mask for deep cuticle and regular conditioner for outside cuticle smoothness, and the follow up with hair oil when i get out of the shower ~ it works amazing. You sold me on Bondi Boost products and will be buying them!!

Im super excited to try it! Yes i shampoo, mask, use a small amount of regular conditioner after washing out the mask, making sure not to add to my scalp and i use an ACV rinse every 2 weeks so my scalp gets a nice cleanse from all that conditioner and oils. My hair is finally nice again!
My hair is dry and oily so I never know what products to use.
I do that cut the dead ends off it works wonders!! Nice to know I’m not weird lol 🤗🤍🤍

Here is a helpful tip don’t use a regular towel because it’s cause hair breakage and frizz use a microfiber towels instead it helps hair not get frizzy or breakage

Hey:) you need to use a conditioner and a mask. The mask helps the condition the inner parts of your hair and the conditioner the outer one. Pay attention on products with argan oil because it penetrates deeper in your hair because of its molecular size. Shampoo should have mild sulfates like coco- glycoside . Cytearyl alcohol is also good because it even has conditioning effects. :)

I use biotin 12,000mcg but it makes my skin quite bad, I get spots every now and then, but I get quite a few more when I used biotin! Definitely keep it in mind if you struggle with spot related issues!
Do a bit of research on a retinoid, tretinoin for your skin. Best skin care product! Wish i knew about it earlier.
