Just look at the first battle in this video. Terrible lead, opponent stays in initially but doesn't throw an icy wind against the venu. Comes in totally late with Licky and allowed him to flip switch rather than shield. None of his so called opponents make logical plays. It's staged. Think about, he's supposedly playing at the highest level but his opponents play like garbage. Henry might fool his clown viewers but can't get nothing past me.

Very likely 50% of the time teams you lose to are actually bad teams overall and won't climb and no one higher up will use it.

Instead of switching the exact moment they get the move, I switch 1-2 turns beforehand, then i get the fast move through with dewgong! It's easiest to do when using a 1 turn fast move on the mon you are switching from, like in this case, dragon breath on dragonite
Basically if Snarl is 1.5s You can switch after 0.5-1s then throw a fast move before their 1.5s passes up, switching a pokemon will always be 1 turn (0.5s) before you can do anything. It's a very neat trick to do against Pokemons with longer fast move as you can sneak in a move for free completely while being able to tank the fast move they throw as well. Also most people usually throw charge moves when they get them against S-Dragonite as it will almost always pressure shields so it was a pretty easy read. The longer the fast move animation like Volt Switch or Incinerate, it will massively impact the game if they throw a move on alignment in a catch as you get all that energy for free. An example would be like Steelix with Dragon Tail after 4 (6s) Use any pokemon with 2 turn move for example like ShadowClaw, after you throw 5 fast move, you can switch out then throw a fast move and the opponent will have a reaction time of 1 turn to react assuming they will throw the charge move immediately like all Steelix does then you get free fast move in and also catch their move so you get a energy lead. It is a good tactic but it does mean you also switch out early as well so it may sometimes lead you into a poor matchup if the opponent switches out as well. It can also lead to baiting out Pokemons your third pokemon may be weak to so it really depends on what the opponent has.

Assuming a Rank 1 vs 100% IV You win against Cresselia and G-Fisk with higher bulk but lose to them as 100% IV. In the Double Shield scenario you will win against any other Lickitung mirror matches but you lose to Swampert though. This is some notable picks in general but other Pokemons may vary as well. Rank 1 has a 80.2% Winrate (712) 100% has a 75.7% Winrate (672) Overall the IV is still functional but you will not be able to duel against other tank mons in general that just charges fast like G-Fisk, you will also notice your bulkwise against Pokemons that have fast move pressure if they have any sort of attack IV stat they will hit breakpoints against you meaning if dragonbreaths would normally do 2 on you, your going to be feeling 3-4 instead. It works fine tbh I use a 100% Azumarill because I can't afford XLs and it works just as good as compared to a pvp IV one.
Man i hate seeing lantern on the lead its my least favorite pokemon to come across. even tho i win most matches but it requires me to tank on thunderbolt on my azu and then using my heliolisk

Lickitung actually pretty much hold it's own against Bastiodon very well despite losing to it. Most people don't usually shield on a Bastiodon but assuming a 1-1 shield Bastiodon will be around the Red HP which is enough for S-Dragonite to be able to farm down with a bit of leftover energy assuming it's not too low HP.

You're saying I all of the sudden got that much worse randomly? I've had games where for example a trevanent reached a shadow ball in just 3 shadow claws. I've had games where the timer counts down from 3 and I'm already being attacked. It's been proven people are using discord to cheat by seeing mons and moves in advance. It's downright bad this season.
