I was expecting the first story to end up either them cutting themselves on the edges of the metal or when they tried sliding down, the metal was too hot to slide down

Ann, my sister and I did the exact same thing as children but with corrugated fibreglass. My sister got stitches and has a massive scar from it lol!! I laugh coz it's a funny sister memory now. Can't believe you did that too! Nicely done on the bigger production. I did think it was missing background music though! Watch any cooking show like Jamie Oliver etc - it sets the mood! This was a lovely video! Though I think your normal videos are just as awesome though because YOU make them! :) Looking forward to seeing more.

Hello Ann! I met you a few weeks ago at your meet and greet in Melbourne (I don't expect you to remember me due to the sheer amount of people there) but I told you all about how I was hoping to get into a university course so I could become an engineer and a designer and you gave me so much incredibly helpful advice for getting through university and options I could have for when I finish my degree. Even if you don't remember me I wanted to tell you that I got in and I'm starting my degree in two months! :D

i love how ann most likely already knows and understands all these recipes as she is a food scientist and and a dietitican as well as a pastry chef yet she doesnt impose on the chefs she films with and watches aptly and listens and lets them talk despite the fact she could probably do it even better

People are literally saying things like "Why is she talking about herself, I don't care about her" and "Why is her channel called How to Cook That if she's just talking about herself". People are just terrible

oh nostalgia. I have many memories where I thought I shouldn't have done that after, but your memory, Ann, reminded me of something good. When I was young, a neighbor had a horse tank (tablet shaped metal pool) which was flipped upside down and halfway on the back of a trailer. when it rained, we would slide down it. There were roses everywhere around it, so we would pick roses, weave them in our hair and slide down that tank. I can still smell the roses and rain.
PS, that guy is doing amazing things! Love the attention to detail and dedication to the art.

💕 What a beautiful, delicate & unique dessert ! Would you call this a dessert ? The frozen mango pureed sphere of course looks so much like an egg yolk, but I knew it had to be something else. But wow ! I love these types of chefs who create things like a magician ! (And part chemist !) And once you understand how these ingredients work together, you can dream up different ways of using them together in such a beautiful setting ! I'm so happy to have watched this ! Thank you for going to meet the Chef & asking him to show you his creation ! I thank Pastry Chef Mike Belcher, as well !! 👍🏼😊😍
