I think when it was teleporting (9:09) a glitch caused it to bump another marble while still going at 99999km/s (exxageration) and it clipped through the wall.
You can see on one frame that the trail shows it making its was towards the other end but it suddenly changes its angle, and at the exact point there is a yellow marble and some marbles whose trail shows they are moving away from the marble. Then it clips through and hits the top wall of Monochrome

Yet monochrome still has some of those ninja-balls that are invisible half of the time. And seeing as some other ones are white... I can't help but take my time confirming if there are also black balls that are fully invisible on the black background. It seems like there are some when they cover afterglow of other balls...
After some time, I guess it's just those ninja-balls that change color at the frame when they're invisible... At least it makes it easy to pick side. No way I'm looking at something I can't see.
