Stan was Stan Lemkuil (1949-2013) of Sacramento, California.
Stan was a very creative entertainer, comedian, & artist. His unique talents included being a master of over 300 vocal sound effects, 100 voices and impressions. In his career 'Siren Stan' was the world's loudest man doing a 125 decibel human siren, was on TV and radio shows, in news articles, parades and performances. He did voice-overs, radio/TV commercials, and was Fire Marshall for Old Sacramento. At the California State Fair he performed in his human siren juke box and had the world's largest ventriloquist dummy on the State Fair water tower.
He was also deaf in one ear which gave him monaural, rather than stereo hearing.

It's strange to realize that I actually had a longer attention span when I was a kid than I do now... I used to watch this show very attentively, but now I'm amazed that it was able to hold my attention. Today's children would be absolutely horrified by it, and they would refuse to watch it.

I knew a guy in college who dated Kelly Pino (Lisa). He was going to school at the same time as his daughter, who was named Kelly after her. Kelly told me that once her mom kicked them out and they slept on Kelly Pino's floor. Kelly's dad also knew Bruce Campbell, who confirmed it by e-mail back in the '90s. Both of the younger Kelly's parents passed away not long after college. All four of us (me, Michael Coatney, Debbie Coatney, Kelly Coatney) were involved with a production of Much Ado About Nothing.
