Just finished cooking this recipe and it is so yummy. Used most of the ingredients you used apart from a few that aren't in season or available where I live. No crabs at the moment so used lobster. Also used argentinian red shrimps with the head on in addition to raw tiger prawns and jumbo king prawns. Couldn't get fresh ugwu or uziza here but made do with frozen ugwu. Used stock fillet in place of smoked panla. This is a special occasion soup for my hubby and it is so worth it. Thank you for this xx

I'll suggest that you learn how your grandma makes her smoked fish when next you see her (not necessarily for the sake of your videos but so that that particular method gets passed down in your family)
