Basically air fryer is just a bad machine and cooking in dishwasher kinda works like a sous vide.

I think it's cuz when it's a more common appliance she tries to go really fancy and that's why it doesn't work. Like in this episode if she had actually tried to use it like a frier for some of the components, she would've done better.

I kinda figured everything would be salty because she was way heavy with the "pinches" of salt. They were punches of salt.
I kinda figured(well more like hoped) at first she would accidentally mix some spices up like she did multiple times but she didn’t
this is why having a cheddar and chorizo sandwich is a bad idea, i did that once and it was really salty.

What a testament to her cooking skills - and her tenacity! Her willingness to start over was impressive, and the feedback must've made the whole ordeal totally worth it
I can relate to the basket being small. If you are making a meal for yourself, an air fryer is great. But if you have guests or a family with more then 2 people, it is very inefficient.

I sincerely want to thank alexis here. I was kinda considering buying an air fryer to make some "healthy" alternative to fried dishes like that shrimp. But now that i have seen this i am gonna have to reconsider. But i must say you really are one of the best out there.

I don't think air fryers are meant to cook things the way she wants them to. Both the cherry torte and corn pudding were very very thick and deep which just doesn't work well with how the machine functions.
Alexis: It's foolproof.
