The commandant of the United States Coast Guard, Admiral Paul Zukunft, spoke at a National Press Club Newsmaker Luncheon on Aug. 5, 2015.
Zukunft discussed challenges facing the service, including cyber security, expansion of the Panama Canal and managing limited resources in a world that faces a growing number of threats.
