The operator I work for in the UK has some if not all buses with a different colour button for the bell to the rest of the bus. Some are just in a more accessible place. Also since the operator only has front door access for passengers (at least at the depot I work at) we can see in the mirror
It really depends on the situation..but it’s important that I stay in control of my emotions and try to deal with the situation in a professional manner. It can be a challenge though.

I've gotten so many drivers with this either as a passenger or with my coworkers 😂

We just have passengers scream at the driver to stop, super easy. Only have a few traumatized drivers this way.
