I have seen varied version of "pocket hug" rocks on Instagram, and love the idea (I wish I knew who started it so I could give credit!). This is my version, with nothing less than my best stick people! 😆 But in all seriousness, the world has felt heavy this last week, and I felt like this was something small and easy, but possibly so much more impactful than we can imagine. Sometimes art and creating feels like a luxury, like a guilty pleasure we maybe shouldn't enjoy when others are suffering...but kindness rocks are all about putting positivity out in the world, and we will never have too much of that! I used to do "pocket penguins", but switched over to "pocket hugs" after I saw this idea from you. I love doing these and leaving them to be found...they fit easily in a lady's handbag or a guy's pocket.
I do many different styles, flowers, sunrises, butterflies, etc.

Oh my goodness, pocket penguins sound so adorable too!! I like the idea of pocket rocks too! We started making them locally when we donated rocks to a local youth homeless shelter and we knew that they didn't have space to carry around anything too big!

These are great i might a few tiny hearts off to the side as i try to make these...im praying for peace in Europe and Ukraine...im american born but Ukrainian roots my family fled during stalin all i can think of is millions of unnecessary people again being deplaced by federation of Russia im worried about the man who runs belarus will he take over Poland....just when people ( humanity)were making strides with covid... i cant believe i have any tears left after seeing the deaths in my state during covid,but i do....i pray for peace during lent season i pray for diplomatic talks to work...i pray for all the artist in ukraine who lost their chance to create beauty and had to pick up a rifle instead....💙💛✌🕊🙏🌎 mikelle art mom👩🎨✍🎨

I use Art Resin or UV Resin most of the time. It gives a beautiful glassy shine!
Not familiar with resin. Do you paint it on and cute under a light? I love your idea!
How did you resin over ink?
I just put it on over it. I've not had any trouble with smearing (although you do want to make sure it's completely dry!)
