    I am a former Tiffany SA and wanted to share my collection plus some tips and tricks I learned while working for Tiffany. This video is not sponsored in any way- just hoping to connect with other jewelry and Tiffany lovers out there.

    Great video, amazing collection. I had no idea employees received such an excellent discount. It was smart to buy your collection when you were employed there. Tiffany is timeless to me even though I don’t have that many pieces. You have a very soothing voice. It helps me relax on nights I’m restless, especially during these crazy times. 😊

    Gorgeous collection! Thank you for sharing! I'm glad you bought yourself such beautiful pieces because you I'll have them forever. I treat myself to jewelry as well. In fact, I recently bought myself the Tiffany large Daisy key pendant in 18 kt gold and I wear it all the time. I bought mine off eBay. I bought a thicker, sturdy 14 kt gold chain, 30 inches long from somewhere else. Sorry you lost that diamond charm. I love all the pieces you showed. Wear them and enjoy! ; )

      @@LittleBlueJewelryBox I have a question. How often does Tiffany and Co retire pieces and come out with new pieces a year?

    • @LittleBlueJewelryBox
      @LittleBlueJewelryBox  Před 4 lety

      When I worked there I don’t remember there really being a consistent number of times a year. They would retire random pieces throughout the year. But- I would say on average twice a year or so they would retire a bigger group of items and come out with new collections. They sometimes retire pieces only to then bring them back years later- so it can be a bit random honestly.

    • @midwestbadger2503

      @@LittleBlueJewelryBox Ah, I see. Thank you for explaining. Last year around spring time I had my eye on a few pieces only to see them disappear online around fall and I was so bummed. Maybe they will be back in a few years!

    • @LittleBlueJewelryBox
      @LittleBlueJewelryBox  Před 4 lety +2

      @@midwestbadger2503 No problem! Sometimes the brick and mortar stores can still get discontinued items for you even if they are out of stock online. If there is a specific item you are looking for you can call your closest Tiffany store and have a sales associate look to see if that item is available anywhere in the US. They can transfer the item in and ship it to you if so. Even if an item is discontinued- there may still be stock floating around in the stores. 💕

    Amazing collection, everything is so beautiful!! Quick question for you, I noticed your fine jewelry pieces have the suede boxes, I purchased a Tiffany T1 narrow ring in yellow gold online (no local store 😞) and it arrived in the blue pouch that my sterling jewelry has come in. I was just wondering, from a former Tiffany employee, if only certain items get the “nicer boxes”, or if it is up to whomever packages the online order. Thank you for all of your incredible and highly informative Tiffany videos and sharing your GORGEOUS collection!!

    • @LittleBlueJewelryBox
      @LittleBlueJewelryBox  Před 3 lety +3

      Thank you so much!! I know that many of the gold items without diamonds do come standard in the regular blue boxes- however if you have a sales professional that you work with they will usually swap it out for a suede box. You may even be able to call customer service and request one. I know that back when I worked there- it was sort of up to our discretion with gold items because they were often sold in both the "fashion" (this includes the silver and some gold) and "fine" jewelry departments. I hope that is helpful!! A good sales professional will usually switch the boxes out for you especially for a gold piece.

    • @julietdasar3004
      @julietdasar3004 Před 2 lety

      I was also told any gold under $1,000 doesn’t get a box! I was able to get one for my $700 bracelet, but it was a courtesy and not something they do.

    Hi, I just discovered your channel and love all of your videos! :) I love your collection it is so beautiful. I had a question about the Hexagon Link Ring--I saw that it came in the iconic Tiffany Blue Ring Box and I was wondering how to get one of these boxes? I know usually Tiffany will give you a paper box and a pouch for the jewelry, but if you buy a ring is it possible to get the blue ring box? I was wondering if the blue ring box were only for engagements or if it is possible to get one? Thanks again for all of your help and please keep up the great work! :)

    • @LittleBlueJewelryBox
      @LittleBlueJewelryBox  Před 3 lety

      Thank you so much! I purchased the blue ring box separately from a reseller. Tiffany gives the option for the blue ring boxes with engagement ring purchases/ fine jewelry rings- but unfortunately not for sale separately. I have seen them pop up for sale on Tiffany FB groups and ebay before so I would keep an eye out!

      They do make many sizes larger than .17 in platinum! They go all the way up to 2 carats +. If you call your nearest store location they can order in sizes for you to compare depending on what sizes you are interested in. They will all have their own color and clarity grades starting at .25 carats and range in price accordingly. I hope that helps! Thanks for watching!

    Why is the turnover at T&Co so high? Is it a bad place to work?

    • @LittleBlueJewelryBox
      @LittleBlueJewelryBox  Před rokem +1

      Turnover was not high at the store I worked at- a lot of the employees I worked with 10 years ago are still there actually. It was a great place to work at the time (though all retail work has it's challenges- it's still essentially a customer service/sales job and there can be difficult customers or situations) - can't speak for the work culture now that Tiffany was bought out by LVMH in 2021. I assume a lot of things changed after that ownership transition - and probably a number of Tiffany employees quit or were replaced by employees from Louis Vuitton.

    • @LittleBlueJewelryBox
      @LittleBlueJewelryBox  Před 4 lety +1

      The fine jewelry comes in a Tiffany blue outer box and then the dark velvet inner boxes I showed in the this video. I’m not sure why they don’t do a Tiffany blue velvet- that would be beautiful! They do make an engagement ring box in Tiffany blue but that’s the only one I know of. 😊

    • @LittleBlueJewelryBox
      @LittleBlueJewelryBox  Před 4 lety +10

      Thanks for watching! They do offer a pretty nice discount to employees- when I was there it was roughly 30-50% off current retail items (excluding engagement and some of the higher end fine jewelry). They also offer employees discontinued items at even deeper discounts but it varied from piece to piece. Definitely a great perk!

    The second ring is pretty ..the most I would for it be like 1,800 ..#3rd ring about 950 ..The hexagonal ring probably I would but it for less 2,000 ....only because of the Platinum and the size of diamonds ...but the ctw is not much and the INfinity Ring because is 18k ...depends on the grams maybe the most $360 .... The DBY necklace probably like $680 .. the square diamond necklace is pretty good decent size diamonds and platinum metal :D probably the most i will pay for that is 2,000

      The prices on screen are the retail prices the items sold for at Tiffany. (I was an employee so I did not pay those prices for any of these) None of the items here are for sale. The resale prices would most likely be less than the retail prices. Just sharing the original price info to be helpful to anyone looking to purchase directly from Tiffany. Thanks for watching!❤️

      I understand. With Tiffany you are paying a premium just like with any other designer brand (Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Chanel, Van Cleef & Arpels etc.) The retail price of the items are always going to be more than the cost of the raw materials. You are paying for the quality of design and for the history of the brand and fashion house- as well as the customer service. It is certainly an investment- but is worth it if you are a fan of the brand. ❤️
