In case you don't know, there are massive changes on doors 100 and 90-99. Doors 100 got a total revamp.

Door 60 has a secret! Go to door 60, then go to door 61 open the lever, then return to door 60 there is a hole behind the bookshelf that has 3 locks, 2 you need lockpicks, and 1 u need skeleton key, it leads u to a new place called rooms, an old Roblox game that doors was based of off, it has secret entities and achievements!
If you didn't know, there's actually a secret at door 60. You will need 2 lockpicks and a skull key to open it. I think you also need to flick the lever in door 61 to open something blocking the way to the door. I'm not gonna spoil anything else that happens, but you do get teleported there.

(Okay so when I wrote this comment I forgot to mention this but you can also use it as a lockpick for doors and chests but that just wastes it)

I love how they even changed the cutscenes in this too and made them better animated and I just noticed little detail that hints the guiding light pushed over the lamp to destract the figure at door 50

This is because before they were just made by the creator, now they are being made by a professional.
Door 100 is crazy compared to the old one, with a completely different way of powering the elevator. In case you didn't notice, the way "seek" comes out of the ground is different. Just a little notice.
The new animations are amazing. The blind monster intro specifically stands out as a massive upgrade.

Ambush is like rush, but he arrives 2-6 times.
By the way, you don't know what is waiting for you at doors 90-99 so here's my advice in case you eventually get there:
-Stay as close as you can to wardrobes (rush or ambush can appear at ANY room at that point)
-Save your flashlight battery for those last doors so you could see bear traps
-Get the skeleton key. I heard that there are dangerous vines on the floor on those doors, and that they disappear when you get the green herb effect.

There not bear traps there the new entity Snare (if you die to rush while stuck on one the guiding light calls it Snare) but yeah good tips for those doors

There is a secret sector at door 60-ish. (For reference go to 19:22) You need 2 lockpicks and a skeleton key. You need to go through a hole in the wall and complete a small maze and a find a yellow light that leads to a door. Unlock that door. Enjoy

You forgot to mention he has to activate the lever in the next room to unlock the gate in door 60 hidden room
before actually entering the hole in the wall you should go into room 61 and find a lever, and that lever opens up the secret door inside the hole
I am suprised of how insanely big this update is, it's amazing! Secret rooms, new entities, new animations (seek), fake doors, new rooms and a lot more

As someone who has finished doors a lot of times I've been looking forward to playing this for so long, now I get to watch Ryan play it. Good day :)
Edit: Also, you may have not known but literally a few hours before the update, our pal Matt on Game Theory made a video on it. Seeing as his depiction of the update was correct I bet he's satisfied lol
Another Edit: Fun fact for people but the Theory painting Ryan saw is actually a room in Matt's house, it's probably his live streaming room where he made his stream on V1 of Doors last year, I think that this was a token of appreciation from the Devs for him playing the game, especially since one of the developers commented on his stream and said thanks.

Here are some tips for next time. (This includes old info and new info regarding the new update. I'll only be mentioning the tips that relate to the events played in this video. Hope this helps.)
- The brown bottles are vitamins, they give a speed boost.
The speed boost also applies to crouching, allowing you to outrun Figure.
It also works on a seek chase, but the new update has made seek a bit faster so be careful.
11:07 you can use the vitamin to outrun Rush as well and find a closet to hide in.
-3:46 This secret locked chest can be opened if you have the lockpicks. You can get an early lockpick in the elevator shop at the beginning or find them in drawers.
- 7:49 This entity is called Dupe. 8-BitRyan has solved what to do already but simply if you see two or three numbered doors in the same room, try to remember the number on the previous door. There is also a slight sound behind the incorrect door indicating that Dupe is behind it.
- 13:27 If you are playing on a keyboard, you can simply please 1 to make the books disappear from your inventory instantly. When you have the sheet code in your inventory as 1, press 2 instead.
- 18:22 so obviously you need the skeleton key. The Herb of Viridis or just The herb is a one-time use healing item. It grants passive health regeneration for the entire run, shown in the icon in the bottom left corner.
- 23:43 As the guiding light says, Ambush is similar to Rush. In this new update, it's a lot quicker now.
Listen out for when an ambush is approaching, it sounds very different to Rush. Go near a closet and when it's close, hide. The issue with this entity is that it rebounds so it will come back through the same room 1 to 6 times. You can't stay in the closet as Hide can kick you out.
Basically, *enter the closet when it's near, leave when it's gone, hear it approaching again, hide, and then repeat till it's completely gone*

You need to use Lockpicks on the chests, the skull door has a plant that if you use it, you slowly heal overtime, listen very carefully on the greenhouse level.

There's an entire separate path in Door 60 that leads to a Door locked with a skeleton lock and 2 normal locks
Unlock it and you will be transported to an entire new level and it is recreation of one of the games that Doors was inspired by

Ryan,you can go through somewhere in a small maze in door 56 or something near that is a door you have to find the lever to unlock the path and get two lock picks and keep the skull key too,because it is needed for the rooms

Ryan, as a tip for Ambush:
You normally know if he’s coming by the loud ambiance and light flickering like you saw at the end of the video. When he goes into the room, you want to get in a locker when he goes in and out. But remember this: Unlike Rush, Ambush comes back through again, up to 2-4 times. When he does come back, you want to quickly get out of the locker, listen for his sound, and get back in the locker before he can kill you.
That should help!
When ambush comes the lights actually don't flicker anymore! He also has a chance to come from *in front of the player*

1. They do, but very quickly. You’ve got to be on all senses to notice.
2. That is because he clips through the wall and ends up in front of the player regardless. It’s not by chance he appears there, he *starts* there now.
Oh yea, now you can only know ambush is coming from sound, because LSPLASH removed the lights flickering (only ambush)

if you ever come back to DOORS, oh man, you're probably gonna be annoyed at door 90-100, because all the rooms are PITCH BLACK, and entities spawn frequently within every other room. You have to have a light, because there's traps on the ground that you could step in. All you have are sound cues to rely on. Good luck!

damn, i completed the old version of doors, but this one, sounds more challenging and fun!
There's a special pathway at some point that requires the skeleton key and 2 lockpicks, you'll see a crack in the walls and it will have a very tiny maze. The pathway leads to the 'Rooms'. I suggest you to try it out when you can!

I would love more. So hard to find just… doors. Especially with someone who knows so little about the entities, it’s great to just watch the game.
watching that back, you got noclipping ambush haha. That was fun to deal with. The creators have since stripped him of his noclipping abilities, but that was a ride to deal with. Definitely push to the ending!! It's different, and a ton of fun-

at 19:40 that music is coming from a hidden room. Next time you come across room 60 with a Skull key and 2 lock picks, pull the lever, return to the previous room, and look behind a Closet.

For rooms 90-99 there is no lights at all and you need to be careful for the traps and rush (the troll face lookin thing) so always make sure you are near a closet one you reach the outside garden area
Hey Ryan,
It's pretty cool that you are playing the new update, but there's a few things that you missed.
I'll just say this quick reference guide you can use, I guess. I don't have anything better to do.
- For starters, there's a secret room at door 60.
- There's a new light source (a candle) that extinguishes when it detects the threat of an entity (very handy on doors 90-100). This can be found laying on a table at any room you come across. Conserve the candle the most you can for doors 90-99, as it's very handy there.
- Doors 90-100 got a massive revamp, I won't spoil what that's about.
- The Herb of Viridis (Plant in the Skeleton Door) gives the player(s) passive regeneration.
- It's probably best to use the crucifix on Ambush, as that's the most annoying entity to deal with.
- A bunch of secret badges were released, so go hunting for them, I guess.
- Lockpicks can now be used, not just for doors, but also for those locked chests in other closets.
- Obviously, a lot of new animations.
I could be missing a lot of information, however, I'm too lazy to write it all down. Use this info to the best of your ability and win this, not just for us, but for you, as well.

A secret pathhway at room 60; you'll need 2 lockpicks and skull key. You have to pull a switch at room 61 and then you can unlock it to 1,000 new rooms and 3 new entities.

you can use the crucifix on any entity but for seek and figure it will only stun them for a couble of seconds and not get rid of them
also use it in case of an emegency like rush or ambush is coming and you cant find a hiding place

Hey Ryan, been a while since I watched you, nice to see some more gameplay, and it's about Roblox! And it's doors that got a new update too. Wow
If you hear a creature that you don't know how to deal with with the crucifix the thing that you use to banish Rush it can work quite effectively it works on all of them although for Boss monsters like seek and figure they're only stunned temporarily but for all others they'll get rid of them outright for a few rooms and also the final encounter with figure at room 100 different
