I am genuinely confused by all of your vids... They just look like a video game. Except, not in a positive way. Let me explain why:
You keep using the animations from Generations and Unleashed, and reuse those said games assets (mainly levels). Weird camera shots and transitions, weird character movements themselves which are making the animations look stiff... Basically, this is not how you do animation at all.
But the thing is that you seem to have a buttload of potential. You are talented with sfm. And to improve, you should just go ahead and try to do things yourself. Making the walk cycles, the facial expressions... try something original! Try to get away from that video game feeling, and create a "real" animation.
I hope that in no way you believe i am hating on you or anything. I am honestly trying to help.

Not everyone likes my style of semi-game animation, it turns out that you as well. And besides the models, I did everything myself, for 4 years I did it so that the characters could be controlled, so that the maps looked good, making lighting and setting up materials with animations on them. I'm the only Sonic Animator who has these cards at all. It is strange that you did not distinguish the graphics of a professional program from the obsolete SFM. But I have a lot of animations that are made without cycles, such as Sasso in the Dark World.

Alright. I see your point. Now that you mention it, yeah that is not SFM, it is blender. However, it was 2 AM, I read sfm in the description and got even more confused.
Anyways, when i said *make everything yourself*, i was not talking about the materials and lightning. Because i know that you did. You have not just imported the models and made an animation. Was not calling you lazy or anything. No. When I said this, i was talking about the animation itself.
But hey, I do admit that it sure is original! Guess I need to get used to it.
