How to Make Coffee Filter Sunflowers and Cat Tails

How to make coffee filter Sunflowers and Cat Tails for under 15 cents each!!!
You will need:
1. At least 20 coffee filters
2. Light and dark green acrylic Paint or
3. Food Coloring and vinegar if you prefer to dye the filters with
that. I like acrylic paint because it adds weight to the texture
to the paper.
4. White glue. You can use school glue. You don't need a strong
hold. If you prefer hot glue for a quick hold, it would be fine. I
like white glue because of it's flat texture when dries.
5. Some twigs from your yard or skewers. If need it to pose your
flowers, use a heavy gage wire.
6. Yellow paint or whatever color(s) you would like your sunflowers
to be.
7. Light and/or dark brown paint for the inside of the sunflowers.
8. Dark brown paint for the Cat Tails.
9. Grits of any brand for texture on the Cat Tails
All of the items were purchased from WalMart, but you can get them from any craft supply with the exception of the grits and coffee filters which I got from the Dollar Tree.
