What I up with reality🤣 people today sound dated. The knew the 90's held it down😤😎🤟 (shoot, I was born in 85 but a 10 yrs old I was already using cassette tapes to record off the radio 📻, thanks to my grandfather and inspiration from my step dad at the time for having the same passion for collecting records and his MASSIVE COLLECTION of cassette tape recordings, which he has to this day🥲)
I remember when I used to think i know the whole catalogue, and yet i had no idea autechre even did remixes. By now the remixes are actually my favourite material (which is odd, because i still have a hard time getting into other, more straightforward electronic music). But there is just something... incredibly significant that happens when their hermetic world, and the methods attained in it, suddenly meets outside "real world" material. It's hard to put into words the fascination i feel for this material!
Its ok , they were going a couple years before you were born
Yeah I get you, their remixes are amazing and some of my favourite music ever! But I also like normal Ae a lot.
I remember watching these guys live at a free open air concert in Liverpool in the summer of 1995. I was off my head on E and a tab of acid it was the middle of an afternoon, but still pretty awesome, the music...
This compilation made my day
Woah that Palmskin mix is sick.
('un', 'fuck', 'withable')
@@runehog yes! ever since a phrase used that term to describe autechre its also my go-to attribute :D
Ideal for working on complex tasks, just per-per-perrrrfect. Perfect. MMMmmmmmm.
Thanks 🙏 for this upload. Æ is top 5 for me.
Thanks for preserving this history
5th, 6th, 7th tracks all fantastic
The Slowly remix is a pure masterpiece.
reminds me of Gescom in a way (especially key nell)
holy shit. listen to slowly. then listen to BIPP - og or remix. I think SOPHIE agreed with you because that bass line...
Emphatically agree 👍 😮 I had an experience with that song on a foggy, humid, summer night, and it will haunt me forever…in a good way.
Thanks 🙏 for this
Thank you!..I am assuming yr continuing this series till the latest remix?
❤🇵🇸Free Julian Assange

Thank you so much for this and the other remixes you’ve posted too, amazing work!
Nice that one can listen to this edition
I bought a warp sampler which was entitled Intelligence Ambience in 1994 with AE Chatter and also a Higher Intelligence Agency track
Used to listen to Beaumont and Seefeel too since then
I loved that compilation. My older sister got that disc in ‘95, after hearing Autechre on a local college radio station, and I was completely hooked from the moment I heard it. I had no idea music that good existed.
@@jodown5584 Yes and there also
was a Richard H Kirk track compiled

Ha, santa does exist, Very much appreciated, especially on the run up to Xmas, as your well aware the music around this period is just cloned, recycled diarea.
