When I have negative experiences, I make a roaring fire, listen to the singing bowls and sit with my cat Perseus by my side.
In this space, I feel safe to confront those experiences, process my emotions, learn, and grow.
This practice has served me in immeasurable ways over the years, providing me with self-acceptance and building my emotional resilience.

This, in so many ways, is exactly why I make this music for you.
My wish is for you to feel secure and comforted so that you too can learn and grow in your own way; at your own pace.

This sound bath, contains the low-frequency vibrations of the symphonic gong and Wolf Moon Tibetan bowl. Together with the singing bowls, they will create a blanket of vibration.
This will ground you and facilitate emotional processing, emotional release, and personal growth.

May this safe space build your sense of self and grant you perspective.

My anxiety sometimes gets the best of me, and to be honest, sometimes I let it but today I refuse to let it consume me. I want to observe it instead, and wonder why it tries to take such a big hold on me… thank you for this sound bath.
