It will not last. Unless you were incredibly financially literate, wealth that isn’t earned is rarely ever kept. Also, it seems like she is a junkie if not, at least a very unstable person. Nah, a lot of the time narcissists are created. There’s definitely some natural factor to it, but that behaviour doesn’t grow enough to be noticeable unless outside factors reinforce it. And from the sounds of it, that happened. For example OP referring to her sister as the “miracle child” parents likely called the sis that loads, definitely would have been part of it as they grew up. Along with the sounds of it that the mother at least, tried negating any repercussions for bad behaviour, while giving continuous praise.
Make sure to tell your nephew because she will come back when she can’t upkeep the house maintenance moreover I would have wrote a close in the statement that she had to go through and hysterectomy sorry but better reduce the chances of reproduction.
