- In this episode Mark discusses the importance of discipline needed in not just becoming a full time trader, but also in passing proprietary firms.
The FX industry has progressed so much in recent years in terms of opportunities. Access to capital has never been easier than it is now. Achieving your goals has never been more possible. However, it also gives a false illusion of short term success.
People are willing to simply gamble their way on assessments or just take random trades in hopes of passing. Because passing an assessment does not necessarily mean that you are ready to trade high levels of capital.
People lack the discipline to first acquire the skills they need to become the asset and actually become the best trader they can be.

Exactly what I have been going through!. Motivation lasting for 24 hrs and after there it's just a downward spiral. Looking at discipline as a form of self-love is an exceptionally powerful perspective and it's not really about the perspective but the psychology behind it. Now I understand it absolutely doesn't make sense for me to say I love myself if I'm not disciplined. Thanks Mark you are loved this side!

Mark totally resonate with today I'm confident in my strategy just i lack of discipline I sometimes take trades out of my trading plan which backfires totally gonna watch this video again and again and again and do practice to be a discipline because I used to take it a negative thing in my trading career.

Good video. I haven’t heard much about the statistics of people who get funded and then lose their funding and the reasons why that occurs. Discipline you’ve outlined is one important way to improve ones chances of staying funded.
I’d be interested in hearing more about that group of people who became funded and then lost that status and how they can recover their mindset and become funded again.
On average, when a person becomes funded, how long does it take for them to lose their funded status?

I am badly suffering with discipline, its so easy to get distracted, bordem kicks in and i just kind of forget about trading. Slowly I am getting better at it but need more effort.
I really like your mindset and was about to join your communcity until I heard that you charge for additional membership within an already active membership... encouraging members to pay for additonal services even after they are already paying a monthly sub fee. is this true? Does anyone have the answer to this?
I am a member of falcon, don't hesitate in joining the community because of things you hear is what I would say to start, give it a try and judge yourself. But on the additional fee, yes there is an additional "plus" membership if you like. Its falcon FX Live which gives regular live market breakdown with the Falcon coaches (and more). Ive been a member for 6 months of just the regular membership, and I can ensure you there is 100% more than you need with just this membership alone, the content and resources that the "basic" membership provides is enough to take you to where you want to be if you follow the process', stick with it and put in the work. I would say the FX Live membership is for when you have the basics, you're trading as an intermediate or even advanced and you really want to take it to the next level. Personally im not there yet, but when I am I wont hesitate in joing the FX Live membership. But just to reiterate, the basic membership is all you need for sure, the FX Live is just a bonus if you so choose to use it. Hope this helps

This business model seems to want to maximise profits from its members and this screams alarm bells for me. After paying £120 monthly membership to be part of the community, to again be asked to pay an additional fee in order to join a private group within the community is very off putting. I will feel like I’m losing out if I do not fork out more money, and for that reason, I feel like joining Falcon will be an unwise move. Happy to hear you are finding value from them and I wish you success in your journey.

Sometimes I wish I knew about falcon fx before I started blowing countless accounts. I knew nothing about trading discipline.
