- With Murder Drones episode 8 possibly being announced who knows when, it seemed to me to be a good idea to go over my speculations and thoughts on what I thought was going to happen in the season finale to the show. With the amount of deaths in episode 6 and 7, it’s another reason I think V is still alive. Like you she’s my fave and that’s a reason people think I’m delusional, but there’s so much evidence with strong implications
Fr plus like who else would Lizzy’s “secret friend” be? Doll is dead and cut ties with her, thads right there, rebecca emily sam and braiden are dead, that really just leaves V.
Maybe Yeva because it would be a great way to introduce her into modern day

I think the 3 Deaths for the acrylic stands are the character death of who they used to be and be a new them. V sacrifices herself by finally trusting in Uzi after the countless times she tried to kill her, Uzi herself risks her life to save end from sharing the same fate compared to when she started not liking other drones, and N will snap in ep8 throwing away the fears and uncertainty he has had up to this point due to losing everyone he has cared about.

This is a great theory and it certainly seems possible to me. The halfway point for the hero's journey is the death and rebirth which you speculate is what V and now Uzi have/are crossing. I feel like for N it could be learning to also live for himself instead of only for others as he's been pretty much only living for others.

I hope V is alive, and N won't die because N is my favorite character, I love Nuzi, and I want V to be alive. V may not be my favorite character in the series, but I like V.

I’ve never understood why V couldn’t just cut the elevator rope and hop into the elevator in time.
Also I want to add, If J could be revived from getting a rail gun to the head, then I’m expecting V to survive episode 6. Cause Murder Drones regenerate overtime as we’ve seen in the show.

I'm pretty sure khan thad and lizzy are dead, it's pretty heavily implied that uzi "floating near the core" is in space, meaning copper-9 probably got turned into a black hole the same way earth did, and if that's the case anything without the solver was probably consumed by the singularity, the only reason uzi and probably the murder drones and nori survived being because absolute solver powers can't interact with other infected drones
I'm theorizing that after Uzi became N and V's administrator it might not be currently possible for V to become an eldritch until that's changed. Much like when Cyn/Solver tried to take control of N when she embraced him.

@@blanterdang6112 Well, in all fairness, there's just so much to consider when it comes to theorizing about Murder Drones that I'm not sure it would be possible to cover every single thing. You'd need an entire team to cover all the angles!

I have a theory on murder drones, episode one is the beginning of this theory with Uzi's slideshow with the circle of life slide where one part says something across the lines of "birth, void, rebirth" which leads to episode seven where we are now where Uzi and Nori go into the pit leading to the void of space which leads to the void part of the speculation, my theory is that the solvers plan is to rebirth the entirety of copper-9

If there's not a season 2 my speculation is V and N will get back into the worker drone bodies after sacrificing will they keep their memories tho?
Also N merchandise. 💗 when murder drones first came out it focus on Uzi but it's slowly switch to N

Very good standpoints. Maybe a little bit unrelated, here my opinions in some aspects:
1. V, doll and J are my top 3 fav character, and one of the reason is they all seem to have some deep mysterious backgrouond story behind the scenes(especially V), which makes a character more intriguing.
2. A single ep8 couldn't cover the full story. what I mean by full story, is not only just a finale fight about how the group eliminate Cyn's evil plan, but the complete arcs of every characters, including V, doll and J. for instance, the transition of V's personality before and after, What is her exact relationship with Lizzy, what Yeva has gone through, etc. I don't know how Liam will balance the central storyline and character arc & development. Considering the rushed pacing from ep1 to 7, I'm inclined to the former one. I personally perfer a character arc story tho.
3. About the death of main characters, I only won't feel unacceptable with a death when all stories of the character is well put. A random side character getting shot and dying doesn't sadden me, cause there is no more backstory to tell. it serves its purpose. V's death drove me crazy, cause she is well-formed in the story and has a emotional bond to other characters as well as viewers, and also her "mission" has not been accomplished yet(whatever the mission is, definitly not to escort them and sacrifice). So whatever who will die after, I could take it my way.
4. About Season 2. Definitly want a season 2. My expectation for the show vaguely is: a little bit slow down the pacing, deliver more stories about some main character(V&J for the best, cause Doll is so dead :( ), and saving the "finale fight" in season 2. For the worst situation, Glitch doesn't have a plan about season 2, rushing the finale in ep 8, leaving all the backstories incomplete.
5. The financial problem. It's kinda a interesting topic to discuss. As an indie studio, they might still explore the suitable bussiness model, consider it costs 300,000 dollars per eps for MD. their revenue comes from merchandise sales(and maybe Ads), and now they have Discord membership(generating approximately 15,000 in monthly income). I don't research it extensively.. Hope they will find a way to a mature traffic monetization.
People keep saying Tessa got Micheal Afton'ed, so what if when cyn leaves her skin, she comes back to life as just her skin, needing to have her body re-created through futuristic tech. Makes for a good whole season of needing to get to a place where they can do that, wth cyn or smth tryna stop them.
N V and J regenerates body parts that they lost if their core get damaged beyond repair then they won’t be able to regenerate body parts sadly
Idk we saw after J’s core was destroyed it let out some sort of soul and then she used it to transfer to another core im guessing thats how she didny die and got clonee

Ok...this was a really well made video! I do find these speculations interesting, and I also do doubt they killed off V but that isnt to say its impossible. I also hope that we see more of Yeva and Nori in future flashbacks.

Idk the only other theory I could think of for J is her becoming the next enemy, but with the possibility of Season 2 coming around and her arc not being finished, I find this more unlikely but still kinda possible (imo)

n is literally the main character. the character to represent murder drones in glitch inn is literally n (and along with pomni for digital cicus) there's literally no way they're going to kill off n that easily for the high chance of season 2 happening.
Yeah i personally dont think N Uzi or V sill be killed off. As for the others im a little more skeptical. Nori and Khan and MAYBE J could be in the realm of possibility. Maybe. Thad and Lizzy just kinda seem like they arent important enough yet to just die so theyre fine

About Cyn in meat-suit. I see 4 possibilities:
1. Skinned Tessa and Tessa is very dead. Not going to deny: this is likely outcome.
2. DIY. We know Solver can make entire human hands like from episode 2 and more.
3. Could be some random poor soul.
4. Skinned Tessa and she is alive. Cyn only wears skin and hands. It is incredibly on theme to have human skinned and deal with that. Imagine Tessa with artificial sci-fi-plastic-polymer-thing skin like drones or something else entirely. And imagine the trauma!
We never actually see Tessa die or Tessa at all. Because of humans-being-only-silhouettes-with-glowing-eyes art style. Also Cyn always looked similar to Tessa.
She mentions Tessa not needing to see the massacre in eldrich way. And there is a photo of traumatized Tessa in bloody hall.
Though AS could easily faked the photo or killed Tessa later up to or during destroying Earth.
Also... Absolute Solver does mention not discarding Tessa... Just like original host drone at the bottom of corpse pile...

In short: I don't know. I am not convinced either way. Only Liam knows exactly what is coming. And even then he might be coming up with the story in the proccess like many other writers. In which case not even he knows where this will end up.

Cyn says that Tessa doesn't have to "discard her pets" and she wouldn't "discard" Tessa. And Cyn was warning Tessa to not attend gala since she seems "squeamish".
I think when Cyn talks about "discarding" in eldrich way, she means something along the lines of "Don't annoy/stop me and I won't destroy you." with little "I will keep you around forever, metaphorically." sort of vibe.
And the "squeamish" means getting sweet trauma from gala! How could Tessa resist that!? No fictional character can ignore the call of fresh trauma!

Glitch is making rather little money fron MD compared to it's otehr titles, and Liam himself never mentioned naything about even having the story for a second season written out.
Sure, there is a chance, but it's so low I do not think that is happening.
As a very invested MD fan, yes, I do want a second season, but we have to be real: It's almost certainly not coming.
Everyone refers to episde eight as "The finale", and I think that's exactly what it will be.
Its other titles is just one title. And its not just about the money, even though its still a highly profitable series. I mean i know michael kovach said on stream once that the ppl at glitch want to do a season two but its unconfirmed

I don't think she was skinned (alive) but rather skinned (dead) as her skin had visible stitches on the shoulders (tho it is also possible she was skinned alive from small sections idk)

Doll isnt exactly profitable. Theyve made 0 merch of her outside a pin and figure while V has a high selling plushie, figure, stand, keychain, pin, shirt, etc. also while Doll is a popular character, N Uzi and V are BY FAR the most popular characters in the series from a fan perspective. Not saying doll wouldnt be profitable if they decided to make her merch but eh they havent tried yet so who knows

4:28 I agree that tessa is definitely dead but I think tessa *was* alive until some point in episode 7, in the scenes close to revealing cynessa, "tessa" acts much different than the way she did in episodes 3 5 and 6, and also towards the end of the episode you can hear how her voice is robotic and can tell it's just something trying to replicate tessa's voice which doesn't happen before then
Actually theres a lot of evidence pointing to it before this. For example, in episode 6, where she says to N dont say I never did anything for you, she sits exactly like cyn does in 5. Not just that, but if you go to episode 4 in the cabin Uzi spots tessas human hand lurking around the corner, not to mention eldritch J using human hands as well. Also also in episode 6 shes shown to be a lot different than how tessa acted as a child, though thats not really proof.
@@blanterdang6112 I feel like that might be just foreshadowing, in my mind what happened was cyn spared a small amount of humans she either liked or found useful, tessa being one of them, then when cyn saw tessa trying to get rid of the solver, she killed her and took control of her body. also we've seen cyn take uzi as host in both episodes 4 and 6, which "tessa" had already arrived on earth and had been doing other things

I think my main prediction for EP 8 is that copper-9 will indeed explode destroying the planet as a whole. I think that it will end with them heading to earth which would be desolated and destroyed. I do gunk it’s a possibility that V could be alive especially because there was a line in the “Beginning of the end” trailer with N saying V which didn’t appear in episode 7.
I do admit I do believe in the N Sacrifice theory. It’s not just because of the glass stand merch, When analyzing N’s Character, he’s shown to be quite selfless. Putting his life aside and thinking for his love ones. In his own choice during the Promening he was sacrificing himself couple of times for Uzi. Always taking the hits and tossing her out of danger. It something he does on his own choice and it wouldn’t be too surprising if he did.
I wouldn’t go out and say my predictions have weight to it. Half of my predictions is mainly going off that one concept Art of S1 that Glitch show months back, and I’m thinking of what Liam stated in his own words back in Glitch X and Gus own views of writing and trying to guess it based of that. I wouldn’t think too much of writing when it comes to story predictions. For example Killing N one of the main characters. It is true that it would be mixed with killing a main character like him. But then again it wouldn’t be out if the question if that is the direction they are going with.
I really don’t know what to think after that. I know we keep getting the whole “Season 1” Statements and that being on the official title. But we haven’t even gotten a official confirmation that season 2 is happening so we would have to wait. That’s how I see it anyways.
About the V dying thing, the murder drones were cloned multiple times so yeah.

one thing about the end scene, either it's a time skip or what we see isn't real. The solver can simulate zero gravity, project holograms and maybe that's not even how it's creating this illusion.
Oooh wait this is a good theory I didnt even think of that. Though…idk. Because we see nori’s null go down that hole and make copper nines core explode, so im willing to believe it actually is copper nines core there

I’m so sorry to violently explode your bubble, but murder drones have the solver in them, and without the “crucifix-lookin’ thing” we can’t cure them. But Uzi might be able to stop it like Doll did temporarily. (Ex: Eyepatch) This would let her keep the solver abilities while the solver cannot control her. I think the murder drones will all die by the time episode 8 is done. I hate it too, but this is the most likely thing I’ve come up with.
Edit: N and V both have Uzi as there admin, so V can’t solver eldritch and N doesn’t have to die. J does 💀

In episode 5 we can see window with text "admin: darkxwolf17". If I remember it correctly.
Wouldn't this mean that specifically N and V are safe while Uzi and J are still in danger of possession?
Solver did possess J's corpse then cloned her and possessed Uzi multiple times, but N and V only got possessed in episode 5 about to get their memories deleted and got saved.
Why would they die, if solver can't control them?
Unless they get dragged into the flesh mineshaft thing, got stabbed with claws, absorbed into null void or any other physical danger from Absolute Solver.
Personally I don't think Uzi and J will die. Uzi already sacrificed herself and J literally died, which means their main goal now is to not die... again... 7th episode ended on cliffhanger with J getting threatened and Uzi in spaAaAaAce with nobody they care about even close.
Ultimately? I have no idea.

I think in episode 8 everyone comes together in cabin fever labs and have a big fight with cyn/tessa and because in episode 5 Uzi switched N and V’s administration from cyn to herself but J has not been changed so cyn can take control of J at any point

I will honestly cry in N dies. I have been getting way more interested in MD recently even though I don't really know what it's about (I just love the characters)
Can someone just explain the plot to me in a short paragraph?!
Alright lemme try my hardest.
Ahem.
Before events of the show, it starts chronologically in the elliot mansion, you see, Tessa would take a specific liking yo a few drones and take them as her own. N, V, J, and cyn. But one particular drone, cyn, was improperly disposed of and thrown out. The absolute solver, a rouge ai program, tool advantage of this and let her come back to life in exchange for getting some control. She agreed, however the a absolute solver took complete control over her and used her as a way to eliminate all humans in yhe gala. Except tessa, because she was nice to her, however tessa disobeyed and went to stop her, which led to her getting killed and used as a skinsuit for cyn, but thats not important until later. Humans saw what happened at the gala and wanted to understand it. So they took some worker drones and experimented on them by injecting them with the solver and trying to patch it. This was in cabin fever labs on copper nine. Two of these drones were Nori, Uzis mother, and Yeva, Dolls mother, though at the tome they didn’t have kids or husbands. Yeva was properly patched, and nori was coming along nicely, however at one point, Cyn or the Solver took control over Nori, as we see in the episode 7 flashback, and wiped out many humans. Yeva was brought to calm her down, and stuck the patch into her, fixing her, but not before cyn pulled one last null and blew up the planet. It is unclear when the worker drones from the mansion were transformed into disassembly drones, but it is some time after that. They did that, and then they wiped out the rest of humanity for the most part. Then, many worker drones including nori yeva khan and dolls dad woke up without many memories in camp 98.7, the location from episode 4. It was then that nori and khan got together, as well as yeva and dolls dad, and had uzi and doll. They moved to some worker drone colony or smth idk. Nori sensed something was wrong and that disassembly drones were going to be sent to eliminate solver hosts, or just worker drones in general. Khan didnt believe her at first, but eventually it did happen, leading to the death of doll’s parents, as well as nori, and khan didnt take that very well. He built the doors and became obsessed with them. Time skip like 20 years or so and thats when the show starts. Ill explain the plot of it in another paragraph.
This paragraph is the plot of the show now. Specifically the first 2 episodes. Episode 1: Uzi hates being locked away behind the doors and wants to do something about the disassembly drones. So she builds a railgun to fight them. She meets N and shoots him, making him temporarily lose his memories of the past couple hours. He believes uzi to be a disassembly drone and she tells him about how the worker drones should help them and vice versa. She then leaves and he realizes she was a worker drone, making him go back to try and kill her. Khan is terrified, probably because of the trauma he got from nori and having to put her out of her misery, and he cant take the shot at N. He leaves uzi to die to protect the rest of the colony or smth. N feels bad and doesnt kill her, and explains uzis plan to J who isnt having it and injects him with a virus. Uzi fixes him up and they fight J and V. Uzi ends up killing J, and they take V back to the landing pod. Episode 2: N and Uzi go back to the colony due to thad telling them about the disappearances. They come back and realize it was J’s core taken control of by the solver to rebuild her, and they destroy it. Uzi is horrified by that and asks N what they are, which prompts N to go back yo V alone and consider himself too dangerous. Thats all for now I’ll finish the rest of them later if u want.

@@DJOpaltavio yep. Ill do that now. Episode 3: N is upset because he find himself too dangerous to talk to worker drones, and V wants to murder everyone still. She cuts off N’s head which later regrows so that she can get out. Doll had her parents killed by V, so she wants revenge. She does this by finding all the candidates for prom queen, murdering them, so that V is winner by elimination. Doll and Lizzy take Uzi to Doll’s apartment to set up a murder for her due to her being a girl ig. But she escapes through discarded mirrors that were broken because of Doll’s solver breaking them. When V steps up to the speech after Lizzy lets her in, she will try and kill her. She slightly misses due to lizzy, but she still lands a hit. Uzi and N come in and save her, defeating doll, with V landing a shot to her head. They then go back to her apartment to see more about her. They find her parents and how one is 048, test subject yeva, and how Doll was eating the oil of the worker drones she killed, something we will see later with uzi in episode 4. Doll tries to shoot uzi with a bullet after reappearing, but Uzi’s solver activates and blocks it, Doll is horrified and says when she finds what she is looking for she will help Uzi too. Episode 4: Uzi and her class take a trip to camp 98.7 to find more about the solver. During it, she finds multiple artifacts including sentinel claws, papers on the solver, as well as the disassembly drones and old worker drone bodies. A hand of a human (foreshadowing for tessa being cyn) peeks the corner then dissapears. She freaks out after seeing the bodies and then finds a keybug that is telling her to access cabin fever labs and find an elevator. She goes back out and gets an arrow shot at her, to which her solver stops it and turns it into a fleshy lifelike being, prompting V’s memory of cyn and leading her to go after Uzi. N finds a zombie drones tape, but thats not relevant until later. Uzi runs and has a sort of panic attack until she turns into a zombie drone, having flesh like wings and tail, and being bloodthirsty and not controlled by cyn/solver, but still not being herself. She consumes the oil of many of her classmates, similar to how doll and disassembly drones did, and almost kills V before N saves her and talks to Uzi, calming her down and turning her back to normal. The episode ends with Uzi’s metal skin getting affected by the sun like disassembly drones do, to which N pulls her away. Next episodes I’ll do in another reply later.
I can speculate that ep8 will open up with Tessa saying J "please!" "Help me!" "I'm scared!!" "Please hear me out, J!" "I d-don't want to die!!" Then Tessa's last words will be "J!!" Before the scene cuts to black. Then the a splash of blood will appear, following a drip of that blood. Then we see J covered by drips of blood, than the screen panned down to a now dead Tessa.

Ooh that would be so sad and horrible especially if cyn made J be the one who murdered Tessa. That would really hit me in the feels…idk if it would hit the same way end of ep 6 would but that sure would hit man

The only way I can fathom that Tessa still somehow exists is if she wasn't totally human in the first place. However I've been wondering if that's actually a possibility. Ever since watching episode 5 I've been really weirded out by a couple scenes of Tessa. There's a few where we get a good side profile of the silhouette of her face and...it looks just like a drones. There's no nose or chin and the eyes are very low relative to her "jaw." None of the other humans appear to look like this and it's been really bothering me. The only other person I've really seen bring this up is Narujen here on CZcams. She noticed the same thing about Tessa's head and face but she also noticed that there's little sound effects when Tessa blinks too, just like the drones. I know it seems wild, and I'm not sure how to reconcile this with the fact that Tessa's arms, hands and legs look human. I had pondered that this could, if true, be an in universe explanation for all the humans being silhouettes in the drones memories, that the Solver wanted to obfuscate the fact that Tessa wasn't actually human and did that by removing the visuals from the drones memories of the humans. In episode 6 when we saw that photo of Tessa in the mansion ruins her image was redacted, however the redacted image looked exactly the way the drones remembered the humans. What I lack is a good reason why Cyn/Solver would want to do this if it were true though...

@@blanterdang6112 Yeah, that's one of the bits I can't really find an answer for. We know that the Solver can create and manipulate organic matter and could have possibly created the flesh itself but the why of it I don't know. I can't come up with a great reason that the Solver would try to pretend that Tessa was human if she actually wasn't. It's just a very weak theory right now that's only on my mind because of how strange Tessa's head looks compared to any of the other humans. I just can't get over that...
eh idk if u will see min in everyone else's buuut I think your right but in ep 8 N will save uzi and nori but will have to fight Cyn in a typ of frist battle like some shows u don't really see a full fight or more till later on and I think tho that ther gonna rush back to the colony to help repair for a big all out war but also the WDF part of the group will become more serious and want to fight this or the world and ofters will die out- and season 2 will be about the 2 and more battles and more weapons from uzi atlest from what I know even khan will be shocked nori is alive or he already new but hid it from his child but khan becomes a good guy to his family in the end and accepts n being around her and along with V and J-❤🎉 btw love yr vid it's nice theory I would be alive is true-

Edit: What if the ending of episode 8 is just that everyone dies... and there won't be a 2nd season (that would be horrible in my opinion, but it is a possibility, though not a nice one)
