How great someone did research using our age groups over 65+ & for you taking that into consideration doing the exercises! So many of the exercises are so simple that we would never think would do a world of good! Thanks!

Thank you for the simple moves that would help strengthen the hips for walking. Looks simple but for some of us, requires more effort. Will keep them in mind to do throughout the day whenever possible 🎉

Would I be able to do these? I fell and broke my hip 11/2 yrs ago but have difficulty walking due to terrible pain. I have DDD, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis in the lower spine. I have become practically housebound which is not like me at all! What do you think? Looking forward to hearing from you. Many thanks.

Most people can do these at least to some extent with some modifications such as holding on to something for balance and/or not squatting or lunging as deeply.
