I've never viewed homes in Maine, it's so interesting and different from our Texas homes. All of our homes have central A/C and heat, but we don't have basements.

bedroom /ˈbedˌro͞om,ˈbedˌro͝om/ noun a room for sleeping in. ( in real estate dictionary, any room with a closet and a window ) Some of the rooms in that house are so small, they meet the definition, but I am just not seeing it as practical. Cute but maybe too cute at that price..
