He can heal by acknowledging that there is an issue and addressing in THERAPY! There are so many men that are broken yet will not seek help in therapy but continue to justify their actions by blaming and breaking others.
PRAYER IS THE MAIN KEY 🔐.
Some of the other 🔑’s are: 1:HEALING FROM CHILDHOOD TRAUMAS. (anything that brings up a negative emotion from sadness to anger means you’re still subconsciously holding on to that.
2:WRITING PROMPTS
3:MEDITATION
4:INTROSPECTION
5:OBSERVATION OF ONES MENTAL / EMOTIONAL SPACE.
Men deal with alot of hurt and are expected to push through it without showing any sign of pain even as children and that reality has to be not only desensitizing but I think it also makes them disassociate from their true most vulnerable selves extremely early on. For the men reading, I want you to know that your inner child is safe and when you know you've had to develope an protective shell and hard personality its important to introspect and work towards breaking down the hard parts so you can truly be happy. Villain origin stories shouldn't always make you become a villain. Pain is ultimately just a learning experience. We love you.

God bless, every man in the world that's taking the proper steps to heal. I can only continue to pray that more men take steps to properly heal. I personally have found most men (like most women) choose not to properly heal thus blaming other people for the reason why they can't heal. God offers free will to us all. So the choice is ultimately up to the men that are needing to heal properly. "Walk by faith not by sight." The process won't be easy but it'll definitely be well worth it in Jesus name.
