- Seawolf Park has the most amenities of any fishing spot in Galveston. Great for families, elders and the wheel chair bound. With a soccer field, basketball court and volley ball net - there's something for everyone.

the city needs to change the signage on the east end of the island by ferry road ,, the arrows that direct you to go back towards the west end of the seawall indicate that you just go straight there are 3 arrows on the signs,,, it sent me into oncoming traffic and almost had a head on collision,,, ive been driving for 40 years and this confused me, and im sure others as well... someone will get killed if they dont change the signage or traffic flow... .we left galveston stressed out and pissed off,,, wont be back until things change and that likely wont happen,,, I saw a black cop parked, so I pulled next to him to ask him some questions,, he wouldnt even roll his window down,, he motioned with his hands that he was on his phone,,.. WTF? WHEN WE WENT TO GALVESTON 3 years ago it was alot different. they were appreciative to get visitors with money to spend.,,, when we went last week it was a totally different vibe.. .
Thanks for the info man! There need to be more videos lihe this. Fishing is fun but when you have to travel almost 2 hrs to get there just to get skunked is not on the fun side.. information like this is key. Big thanks again for the video..and fk all them other dudes that be hating on yo shit

Oh yes. Check out my video on the south jetty and the east end lagoon. Both places are terrific for crabbing.

Sadly, no.
Even though they dredge it the whole bay isnt that deep. Average feet around is about 15' deep.

this country is not free anymore., I would like to know under what authority people are controlling different sections of beaches,, did they purchase the beach sites? it a mafia like system on galveston , regarding who controls what.,,, the original sin city of ther US
Everything wrong with western fishermen... Just saying the names let alone showing all the spots is so stupid. Just let people who are keen work it out themselves. Dont expose spots like this, they will be bad fishing in a few years with you around.
Everyone knows about these spots. What they don't know is WHEN to fish them. Same spot at the right time will be amazing; wrong time will be nothing. Also, HOW to fish them. Wrong bait and you catch trash.
@@galveston4095 no everyone doesn't know these spots. Even if lots of people do it doesn't matter. It's not about wanting people to catch fish or not. If anything timing and bait are the information you should give. It's about spots being ruined by people, rubbish and trash fishermen.
