Becky it's gorgeous! I completely understand what you mean by some of the colours not being what you'd wear but I think this is what Lady McElroy does with their prints, adds in colours that would suit most people but not all the colours suiting everybody (because that's sort of impossible). I self drafted a dress with this dress as a way of trying out a new drafting tool I'd bought and it is one of my most complimented pieces - I love Lady McElroy for that reason. It's sadly a bit big as I have lost weight but nothing that I couldn't possibly work with to alter and wear at my current size and shape. It's a fabulous design and the SONGBIRD really is the sort of pattern that can show this sort of print off. You'll get alot of wear from it for sure.
