Just watched the replay! Loved this and would be very interested in more cranial nerve sessions.
I noticed that I yawned quite a few times during this session. Do you think that could be bc we were stimulating vagus?
Yes thatâs right! But also all the various cranial nerves deficated to lowering sympathetic tone
