BEAUTIFUL BUT: no support under cake? Normally it’s ok for those sizes but I wouldn’t risk it for a wedding. Use bubble tea straws in the first cake (stick about 4 in evenly spaced) and if u want, a small skewer in the centre. ALSO pls don’t put fresh flowers straight in the cake; put it into a small straw and push into cake.

I could be very wrong here but I think the flowers might be fake? I wish we knew the answer, as most bakers know to cover the stems with foil and or bakers tape:)

But the thumbnail pictures in your videos are not yours. Try to keep your cakes pictures....it will look more original....afterall your cakes turn out beautiful in the end.
This is a beautiful cake, but I would never stick fresh flowers directly into a cake like that. They need to be wrapped with either floral tape or cling film, and even then I would still place cut straws into the cake and stick the wrapped stems into the straws for hygeine and food safety.

I went back and looked........I think it is a good bet these flowers are fake and is why they are put on the cake without covering them.
@@tauntasmom You know, I think you may be right. But if they are fake flowers, they need to wash, rinse and dry them well before inserting the stems into the cake. I'm a stickler for food safety/hygiene, whether it's for my family and me, or if I'm doing a wedding cake for someone.

It's look like fresh cream.
It looks like a cooked meringue frosting. You can find recipes for it under Seven Minute Frosting, Swiss Meringue, and Italian Meringue. All three taste the same, but are just made a bit differently.
