Most symptoms I had disappeared with goigg from a vegan to a more traditional diet. Paying attention to processed food ingredients. And quiting most meds. I cured an pneumonia in my eldest and myself without antibiotics because this will give us serious side effects for months after. But I still have problems & my husband has problems. Chewing is so not a habit, so changing is hard. I have to try. Slowing down! 😊 I have been tested for SIBO thus I take probiotics. And killed a parasite with a very expensive over the counter med. And was on the FODMAP. Been constipated all my life. What else, farting! Love cats 🐈. Thank you for your advice, I am rethinking everything. Order is important!

What are your thoughts on fermented fibers? Like kimchi, lacto-fermented veggies? When I eat veggies I become bloated; but not when they are lacto-fermented.
