Very decent for the price! I had 3 Yongnuo flashguns that survived a decade of hard use, so I trust their quality, considering the price
yes the speedlight its good but not for their affordable lens line up hehe
Randy Bocksnick- Montana- MATT I really like your short haircut!! You look younger and more athletic! Your friend, RANDY.
You finally got me to pull the trigger on the Plena; so.....nope. Won't be getting this one. :^D Now, the Artralab Nonikkor that I saw over on Lok Cheung's channel (on the Zf) would "look" at least a lot better on the Zfc and Zf. Hopefully you'll get a chance to play with that one. That said, this lens looks better on the Z50 and Z30.
I dont know but i dont prefer yongnuo stuff. The contrast is low, the colours arent as saturated as they should be, something always feels amiss.
Hello Matt. I have a question a bit off-topic: Can you add "Auto capture" to the i-Menu or to a function button on the Nikon z8? I've tried both without success; I don't know if I am doing something wrong. The best I can do to have easy access to this feature is to add it to "My Menu", but I really would like to have it on the i-Menu instead, or on a function button. I will greatly appreciate your expert comment about it. Thank you!!
Can't do that with mine as well. I think the i-menu is set in an algorthym program on its own? I think? I dunno? maybe its possible?
for now its via that function button
@@hishamosman4341 Apparently the z9 allows for it to be programmed to a fn button but not to the i-Menu. But the z8 does not allow even the fn button to be programmed for Auto capture. Perhaps a future firmware update will change this. Thanks.
@@photonsonpixels Noted on your input, thank you
If you have the other official Nikon 50mm lenses, and on full frame, you wouldnt want this lens. Its a regression.
Next lens, please.
I think your title has a typo... F/1.8
Thank you so much, fixed !!!!
Nikon needs to stop playing and make some pancake lenses for the Z mount.
If you spend so much on a camera, why would you buy a cheap lens ? Doesnât make sense to me. I can understand sigma, tamron but for me bought all Nikon for my z6ii which is fine for my level of photography.
It's made for younger beginners who are buying their first camera and lenses on a budget.
Cheap primes are great for people just getting started.
It's for DX, not FX, and the results are pretty good! People might want a backup or it may not be a main FL for some people, and good enough for occasional use. Lots of other reasons too
Please buy. China needs the money
Stop influencing people to buy cheap Chinese lenses. Whatâs wrong with you.
I would hope people make their own decisions by looking across the spectrum of lenses on this channel and elsewhere. Are you ok?
@@MattIrwinPhotographyNo! Iâm not ok. China is taking over and you are contributing without knowing it.
