Thanks and yes!!! And that drone shot would have been epic.... Probably a bit of user error as well as I was unsure whether I'd be able to hear it approaching. Oh well, there's always next weekend :-).
Yea it’s a bit more tricky there though real-time trains website will give you a heads up but you have to keep refreshing the phone and battery was getting low on that too 😂 buggar it’s got delayed really as the shot I did with the 2 car unit when it was due was way more aesthetically pleasing than the steam shot as the frost had gone and the sun moved by then. Alas 😂 Looked like a dji you were using drone wise? Assume you’ve attached a directional mic to it so get the audio? Works really well!

@@RailwayTavern yeah, the light on the two car unit was great. No mic on the drone, just used the audio from another film.
Haha yea when I re watched it I noticed the whistle didn’t happen on the film so I had my suspicions! Great effort though 👌🏼
