Other than purple, identical to my CR. I got full fmf, renthal bars, pro action suspension, Dunlop tires, ORI grips. Mine's an 02.

I also may add that not once did I see any smoke out of the exhaust which indicates such a tight and well done motor that every bit of premix thoroughly burned efficiently and really is amazing

One of the nicest CR125s I've EVER seen KK..No BS!! ... the guards give it a fast look as the 125s had and the purple colour is best seen on all the 90s purple patchers where I'd actually buy it if I was more into Honda!
I thought at first was a 250 by the way KK was ripping it about and how quick!
Not sure where it came from or who the previous owner got it from but that looks like a factory team backup bike that they take out to test days before the model comes into the market as that alloy cover was ONLY used by HRC factory riders on the bikes they set up for racing at Supercross events..AND COULD NOT just buy at the shops... so anyone else if you have one.. your lucky as!! There is a video of RJ at a test track and the Japanese techs were talking in Japanese about those covers and why they need to use these over stock...Again guys, you may have another special one there... might be worth looking into who first initial owner actually was...as you might be suprised and keep it in the museum....😉

This is the type of builds I aim to accomplish in the future. Rebuilding a 2004 rm 125 for a customer now. He has a somewhat limited budget, so I'm finding myself stuck between what I want to do the bike and what he can afford. I'm already at the point where I'm basically doing the work for free. Most of his budget is going to parts. All because my vision of how I want it done.

Live this style bike.. 1996 Cr250 was a beaut as well, 97 250/98 125 with the alloy frame didn’t look as good and the best looking allow frame bike is the last model.

Man I'm really loving that purple got to love the '90s and if you were in the '90s and you were not on a CR125 you were at an immediate disadvantage as far as power output is concerned no other 125 can really touch it and as far as it's suspension not being that good well on the 125s they've actually was never as bad on the 250s and everybody knows the writing on the wall is anybody that seriously going to race is like it's going to get their suspension gone through anyways so they're not worried about what the factory stock settings or valving is because it's going to be radically changed and most likely totally swapped out and very short order but anyways awesome bike awesome job and you got to love these little on weight and short wheelbase you can really carve up and track on these things
