@@elitecystuning Not for a crosser, a 600 is to heavy trust me 2 strokes are much more fun. Ive owned pretty much every main dirt-bike/crosser there is at some point, and lots of other toys like rage buggys and quads so im not biased.

Its about the same as my yz250
And i could make it lighter by removing the starter and solenoid

I hate to be a Debbie downer but I gotta be honest - it really breaks my heart that you guys even have to sell or part ways with these beautiful, incredible machines. So many of these amazing bikes y'all have shown us with these videos would be an excellent addition to your museum. Times as they are though I suppose, we all have to just be grateful for what God has given us. God bless Kaplan America!

Ridden all sorts of bikes over 50 years but 40 years ago dauly ride was Kawasaki 500 H1 then rode a CR500 Red Rocket still remember taking off in 2nd ........yep eventually it spat me off, what a beast.....and that sound.

Beautiful ride, I just bought a 95 XR600 +.30 Scott Summers replica. Not exactly cherry yet I'd say it's about 7/10. But that's all gonna change here shortly. I tried to hold bike up like Summers used to do back in the day, the picture says it all cuz my face was the same color as the seat...

I just love sheer power and that back tire is never straight fish tailing I thought I would be happy with 250 but I'm not not enough power. I'm going to build me 500cc idk what I want either kx or cr I just want power on my 250 lol

Welp, looks like we need a new piston and rings in that one, SR tore it a new one.......the rings were found exiting the silencer......

@@KaplanCycles oh, i know, i was just kidding, it will run like that for ten years minimum. I have had a 1985, and 2000 cr 500s. No new 450 will out last it.
