Here is the first upload of the new season and we are going to examine one of the most quintessential techniques when it comes to authentic Rock N Roll guitar playing, none other then proper melodic transitioning within the same key.

@@reaper3509 yea man, let’s hope that’s not the case. I’m sure he has a regular life with work, wives / GF, and all that. But yea, I hope he comes back. He’s definitely a great player.
@@slashtrio yeah. Last time I talked to him back in December he was in the middle of moving. So maybe he’s been super busy and have put this to the side. Hopefully he’ll come back when he can
@@reaper3509 for sure. He and Jacob slash are probably the best slash guys. I like niko too but niko (just in my opinion) doesn’t have the same bluesy feel and vibrato that laszlo and late g sharp had. You can tell those guys like SRV and other blues players and have great feel. That said niko has a slash course available now on a French website. I may try it, but it’s all in French so you have to read English subtitles, which I don’t mind for movies, but with a guitar lesson I’m not sure.
@@slashtrio yes jakob is great too. Niko to me is a big slash fan that’s good at transcribing his solos note for note. But his playing/improv is, I don’t know how to describe it. It’s like tighter and rigid, not as smooth as laszlo, gsharp and jakob slash. Personally there slash/hard rock blues style is what I’ve been trying to master these past years.
