A replica is built to match an authentic vehicle and a tribute is built to resemble. This car is not identical. It's been tweaked slightly from the original. It's a tribute!

As a 90's child and into the 2000's it brought so much memories back to me. Those were the best era's hands down. Congrats guys you are all Super Talented and it filled me with much joy and maybe a tear to see this.
We won't tell anyone about your tear. There was so many amazing cars that came out during that era. We are so excited to continue to share this and the other Fast and Furious cars we built and the projects we are still building.
Seriously, just wow guys, you pulled of a spectacular tribute to a legendary car, to the guy doing the body paint work, you sir are an absolute legend and worth your weight in gold, the attention to detail given here is superb, I wonder if Vin and Paul's Family have seen this? I would hope so and that they would be very proud that people are doing wonderful tributes like this for one of the finest actors I have seen.

Surprised myself as to how emotional it was to watch this, not just because PW is no longer with us, but what the original movie means to me. I bought the VHS on my 15th bday and back then mental health wasn't nearly as talked about as it is now, coming back from school and disappearing into these worlds to help you get by. Beautiful vehicle you guys done. We'll done ❤

Supra build is not done until i see that APR sticker back on the wing
We still have to fix the decals on the rear bumper also. Oh, and the audio and NOS. We have plenty to do but our other builds which allow us to play with our toys need to get finished so we can afford playtime.

@Somebody_ig we do lots of promotional work with the Supra. It only makes sense for us to promote our business as well. We want to make sure we can afford to keep building these cool projects.

Now it's just called "aero." Even when most don't do anything to help the aerodynamics of the vehicle.
i loved every single second of this video. it was an absolute blast to see how you brought this beauty to life 😍 but the sound at 22:28 just made me smile over both ears. thank you for sharing this with us. it must be an indescribable feeling to sit in this car and drive around with it. to own this car must be a dream come true 😄

Thank you so much for your support. We loved building this car but honestly driving it is a dream! It is so responsive and has so much power at the ready. You should see our Charger video. We tease an upcoming dyno day with it. Let's just say: the line in the movie, "the chassis twisted coming off the line..." was not a joke!

for all of us that were young teens when this movie came out , this is still an absolute dream car !
these supra's are already rare to find and hella expencive , here in belgium its next to impossible to put on the road with that engine.
It's becoming more difficult to have them on the road here in the US as well. We love seeing cool cars on film and television. We tend to gravitate toward them.
You truly missed the opportunity to make one of those fly-by's shots with a warm filter edit...other than that, every second of this build was amazing to watch. It's great to see a 100% real replica, it was great to see the R34 and the Eclipse on the Instagram made by Dom Dub (or someone like that), better yet by video here. Thanks!

It's an A'PEXi blowoff valve (but we blocked it off so it doesn't function - it's just to complete the look of the engine bay).
“2JZ Engine, NO SHIT?!?”
Cracked me and my Toyota loving buddies up at the theatre harder than any of the other numerous gaffs in this movie.
WTf you expect it to have, Jessie? A Hemi V8? Every single MKIV every shipped to a dealership rocked a 2JZ. It’s not The 503e/3S-GTE powered Castrol Supra or anything.
Our Supra had a 1J for some reason! haha...yah, but Jesse was going to go to MIT for computers, not Toyotas. That much is clear.
In the original script it was going to be a 240sx with an RB26 swap. I guess they never fixed the error and had Jesse comment on the engine.

The most iconic car of the franchise. It's always lovely to see people recreate a legendary car from the Fast franchise. The moment Brian brings the busted Supra to Dom is where it all started. Thanks for putting so much effort and passion into this build. Paul would be proud and I am sure he's smiling from above and enjoying the show. :)
This car really did introduce the Supra to a much wider audience. We were happy and honored to put this together for the community and we built it with Paul's memory in our hearts.
@JustDriven it's an awesome tribute car to Kickstart your builds with. I was lucky enough to collect two of the die-cast model cars from the first fast and furious movie. The Supra Paul drove, and Vin's Mazda RX-7, both are at a 1:18 scale. The rarest of scales that are hard to find.

F&F1 is my favorite movie and Paul was my favorite actor of all time. I remember being 16 and my mom bought me a 96 civic hatchback manual and I was hooked to the car scene. I’ve been out of it for a few years and just bought a RSX Type-S that was fully converted to a Type-R a few weeks ago. That Supra is such an icon.
They Type-S is a fun car. Two of the guys here have had them and loved em. Congratulations on yours.

We already started an Eclipse build, the Toretto Charger, the Racer's Edge Lightning, and the 2F2F Skyline. We love the FD and the S2000 platform. We have an FD street build underway and a major S2000 build coming in the near future.

this is the best car build video and tribute to the legendary man I have seen, loved every minute of this video, from the engine to making sure it gets the smooth curves shows the perfection and a real car guy spirit. amazing job done by all of you!! the final glimpse of the supra with Dodge made me feel nostalgic and reminded me why i love cars so much and where my true passion for driving came from.

This was really cool! An homage to Paul Walker. He was a great man! Kind, generous, and caring for all those around him! It’s tragic what happened. In his death is a lesson though. No matter how avid an enthusiast you are or how much money you have. Always always double check or replace old things. He died due to old tires on the vehicle. They lost traction and control. All from 11 year old tires that looked brand new. If a person learns from it he saved countless lives! She’s a beautiful beast!! All those that knew Paul would feel that this was emotional for me to watch. Paul is very much missed! ❤

God I can't imagine what this cost to build. Just the 2JZ engine and transmission alone would be ridiculous. It's hard to find these cars that are in decent condition and not built already. Amazing job! Wish I could build something like that ha
It was pretty rough when we got it. But yah, throwing money at it helps. It also helps running a paint and bodyshop. And all the engine work was done in house too.

All of you did such an incredible amazing job on the recreation. It so looks identical to the movie car. Plus it sounds identical to the movie car. The Toyota Supra has always been the top favorite car. Second was Vins Mazda. Along with the 70 Chevelle SS. The Supra guys what an amazing awesome job. Kudos to all of you. Great video too.

That red car was a Mazda RX7. And you're right, those two always had the best cars.
My favorite movie car of all time, from my 4th favorite movie of all time. Brian's Supra is so dope, I have every Hot Wheels variation ever made of the car, not nearly as cool as having the real thing. I'm super jealous.

The engine bragged about and seen in the movie ACTUALLY in the Charger instead of a fake blower on top of the hood to make it look real, except we really built it.
