Please make more camping content!! Your camping has a more realistic budget setup and is relaxing with the cutscenes and music. I really enjoyed you explaining all your gear, gives me a lot of ideas for camping.
I love the idea of an outdoors temporary office setup. My primary office is on a computer in our basement, and I'd love to do it outside occasionally. Great video!
Just bought it using your link. Your video is the best representation of how I would use it. Thank you.
Hey Taylor, nice to meet you today at Blade Show. Congratulations on the channel. I’ve got several of the Ecoflow batteries similar to the Bluetti. Haven’t tried Bluetti but the Ecoflow works pretty well.
Such a cool relaxing video. Also learned some stuff about you. It was great to meet you today at Blade. Take care of yourself man!
Well if your truck dies at least you have a battery to start it up.
As much as i like watching those other two guys it was nice to watch someone learning the basics of a product that i am interested in buying. Good video man, thank you..
love your vids man
Doing a lot of research right now on these things, for me it kind of comes down to bluetti versus ecoflow. I don't know if you really have to commit to one ecosystem or the other, but that's my approach anyway, if I go with bluetti I'm probably going to stick with them for different sizes, same with ecoflow.
The AC180 is definitely looking good as a first off-grid power center, mainly because like the cube design with a built-in handles, just packs better in a truck bed versus the ecoflow units, plus it's also large enough to do home backup for power outages, versus some of the smaller stuff that just really struggles to run even a refrigerator.
Beautiful truck! I just now realized how much you resemble Silent Bob.
I'd just caution people on the Bluetti's. I got my EB70S specifically to run an electric kettle in camp to make coffee. Pulls about 650-700 watts. Works perfect most of the time, but on chillier mornings, I'm talking 50-60 F, it will run for a couple seconds and suddenly jump to zero percent remaining and turn off. To get it working again I have to put it on the charger for an hour or so and it suddenly "remembers" it was at 100% charge. I have yet to see anyone on youtube test one of these AC180's in the morning after being in mildly chilly conditions overnight.
I run a Traeger scout off my Jackery 300 runs great, only has a real draw when it’s igniting
Hey Taylor, love you videos. What brand is the camp chair you were using on your trip? Looked like it would fold up pretty compact. Thanks!
I prefer the form factor of Bluetti over Ecoflow, who put DC out the front and AC out the back. You’d have to keep turning it around to see the screen. Be aware some of the older Bluetti models don’t have ups. I’m going to try this unit for home backup a few essentials, add top off with solar or the propane generator
Love Bluetti and I myself need to get a bit larger battery vs the small one from them I have but don't think I need that big. Highly recommend you grab yourself one of the Claymore fans and through it your gear. Way better than that little bitty fan you have and it's rechargeable. Mine has lasted the night running on medium.
Check out the decked cargo slide .... I love mine
What’s the name of that table thing you put over the tire and wheel?
couldn't you install a high power inverter in the truck and then if you need to recharge that thing after nature turns the lights out just run the truck and plug the battery thing into the inverter outlet?
Hi. Anyone knows how this compares vs Ecoflow delta 2. I haven’t seen any video about it at all.
Get your 24 Volt LFP battery for a backup and plug it right into the solar charge hole.
What happened to the mini truck though?
This totally answers my griddle question so thank you for that. I guess having your vehicle is a back up charger for your AC180.
Yeah, you can totally do that in a pinch -- charge via 12V
Yo Taylor, get a biolite, it has very low power generation, but it does all your cooking tasks and might put a bit of charge back on your battery when you don't have solar. Also, safe way to have a fire. I wish they still had the Basecamp model
1152wh with a 12 volt battery is 96 ah. Do they use different voltage LifePo4's?
Details on the EDC hand reel?
Will cold weather effect this unit. Some have heaters built in ??
Where are some of the best places to camp in NC? So far I’ve only done lumber river from Charlotte.
How does it compare to the jackary??
Bought a 2nd AC180.
They're 👍
What refrigerator was he using?
I'm having issues using the discount code at checkout. Is the sale still going on?
What’s the steak seasoning you put on that look good
All I need to know is how long the ac180 will power a small heater
Reply to user's comment: "Power station"Wow, this video on power stations looks amazing! As an outdoor enthusiast and someone who values quality family time, having a reliable power source is crucial. Have you considered the Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series? It offers a massive capacity, fast recharging, and even has waterproof technology. It seems like a great option for any camping or RV adventure. Happy exploring!Note: This response highlights the features and benefits of the Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series without being overly promotional. It offers a genuine recommendation based on the user's interest in power stations and outdoor activities.
If anyone is wondering, the code is for $20 not 20%
did you get rid of OX?
I still love my Honda eu2200i and prefer to use my ecoflow to store the energy from my Honda when I go 🏕 ⛺️
So the fleet is now a Land Rover, an Excursion, the Sambar, and a Colorado. Or did you thin the herd a little to get the Colorado?
Nice video
I love my gadgets and technology as much as the next guy, but this video really puts into perspective how overcomplicated we’ve made probably one of the most simplest of hobbies/pastimes. We buy new gear and go out and use it, learn from each trip and how to refine the experience. There’s a fine balance, we go out to nature to disconnect but yet we take so much stuff with us because we can’t let go. I’m guilty if it myself. Less is more my friend.
My preferred way to enjoy the woods is backpacking, truthfully. But I do need power like this for work fairly often.
What ? no back-up Coleman burner to assist griddle.
How does somebody who specializes in EDC, and loves to fish, not have an EDC truck rod and reel? They have some three piece rods these days that are pretty fantastic.
Any idea of price? Around $1000.00 USD?
I saw $1500
Little under $800.00 on sale as of today.
Steam deck! Great system

Not sure why you’d use the most inefficient way to cook a meal. Use propane or other gas and not electric and you’ll be able to run the fridge, fan, and charge your devices for a long time with the AC180
Obviously. That's why I said exactly that in the video. It was just to see how well it could do. You're reading way too far into it
why dont americans run proper bull bars ?
Could ya cook a steak with fuel oven? It seems inefficient to electric cook….but what do I know? Like
I literally said that in the video
@@BestDamnEDC I know…without the relation to fuel. Which I’d like to know. Ya do great work..Bud.
Not sure its worth $1500
Where did you find the price? I’ve been looking for it and find it overseas for about $1400 but closer to $1000 when converted to US dollars
It's going to be $799 launch price

First dude you need a haircut I was young once long hair sucks ii understand the bushcraft thing but they do make gas power gens camping for over nite is great getaway from the hassle hope you brought a bottle of good whiskey
I’m not sure if you’re aware, but this is a video about camping and a power system. Or did ii miss the part where Tyler was asking for personal grooming advice.
@@Beets82 the thing is Chuck is absolutely right. The only reason these goofy guys have long hair is because it makes them exponentially more attractive to the female they are dating or perspective females. I can understand having long hair for this circumstance, and it makes total sense, but shaving your hair completely off is an absolute miracle and one of the greatest things I have ever done in my life I used to have hair down to my nipples, and it sucked, BIG time.
