- Herentals is located in the province of Antwerp in Belgium and is known as the historical capital of what is known as "de Kempen", a very important natural region covering mainly the north-east of Belgium and part of the Netherlands. The medieval prosperity of Herentals is closely linked to the flourishing of the local textile industry. During its heyday in the second half of the 14th century, Herentals cloth merchants covered a sales area that extended over much of Europe. Then, like most European settlements, it was followed by years of war, destruction and plagues, which led to a great economic decline. However, Herentals always had the strength to re-emerge and in particular today we can find here numerous monuments, remnants of those glorious times, such as its impressive Cloth Hall, its 15th century gates and an imposing church.

Goed werk maar de eerste windmolen staat eigelijk in olen voor de rest top vlog en kleine tip in de zomer voor corona staan er geen autos op 1 deel van de markt omdat er dan 1 groot terras staat van de snele autos moet ik jullie helaas gelijk geven en fiets routes heeft herentals stad zelf niet maar morkhoven en noorderwijk wel en deze behoren wel bij herentals :) deze kan je ook een bezoeken

@@viajesvoyagestravels Met plezier gedaan. Ik ga even wat minder vlogs maken aangezien mijn kanaal al maanden nauwelijks groeit ga ik zoeken naar een andere aanpak. Intussen blijf ik genieten van jullie mooie en aangename vlogs

@@viajesvoyagestravels Zou tof zijn samen iets doen. Ik ben inderdaad beperkt met enkel over Mechelen vlogs te maken. Ik zou ook graag meer buiten Mechelen gaan vloggen maar privé ligt het wat moeilijk op dit moment.
