I would assume that CR customs & border control does not accept third-party underwear fumigations!
@@CostaRicaMatt Technically, it's first-party self-fumigation with a strong aerosol spray, perhaps the occasional accidental splattering of undissolved solids. Never trust a "fumigation!"
