I have a question, I'm a college student, I live with ISKCON devotees, I asked them whether can I chant Radharani's name instead of Hare Krishna mahamantra as I get more Bhav in chanting Radha Radha, they denied telling that it's written in the scriptures that one should chant only Hare Krishna mahamantra in the Kaliyug, also they told me that Radharani is hladini shakti of Shree krishna and they're not one, Lord Krishna is higher. I'm really fed up of them creating a hierarchy among different forms of god, Please can you tell me what should I do?

Your ISKON devotees spoke the truth when you asked them about chanting Radharani's name instead of Hare Krishna. Just because you feel more spiritual connection (Bhav) when chanting Radha Radha, it doesn't mean it is the correct maha mantra. The authentic scriptures of our Sanatan Dharma deny this, as it is written that one should chant only “Radhe Krishna” or the Hare Krishna mahamantra in the Kaliyug. This is because Radharani is actually the *hladini shakti* or pleasure-giving energy of Shree Krishna. They are not two separate entities, but rather one. Since Radha is an energy of Sri Krishna, Lord Krishna is considered higher than his own energy. There is no need to be frustrated by people speaking the truth about Radha Krishna. Telling the truth should never be seen as a hierarchy among different forms of God, as forms of God and the energy of God are distinct. It is important to follow what is written in the authentic scriptures of Sanatan Dharma.
