the color story for the fresh prince collection are just a bit off. yes the 80/90's were known for vibrant colors but this is too nick at night. they need to be toned down a bit, somewhere between this and grunge

The “Love is love” pallet screams, “oh crap, we need to sell something for pride month! Throw something together!” It’s just nothing special. But props for donating to the cause 🫶
Yah, it looked a mess and like there was no actual product inside… that mini “I” of eyeshadow? Just buy a good palette elsewhere and donate to a charity yourself.
It’s definitely weird because there Lightwork IV palette gave pride more than this. It had beautiful multichromes and had nothing but positive energy in the naming
I'd rather they just donated a portion of sales on all products through their website for the month of June. We don't need a hideous palette w/ flags all over it.
I don't know why but somehow it reminds me of when I used to wrap my school books in my favourite boy band poster (which at the time was bros) 😊😅

Plus tax, we’re talking almost fifty freaking American dollars. I will never spend that on a lipstick. I bought Haus Labs foundation for almost that much and I justified it because it was the first foundation to match me perfectly. But a lip balm ? I won’t do that. I don’t have the money to pay off my medical bills. If someone else does have that kind of disposable income, that’s great. I hope they recognise their good fortune. Im sorry, I know I sound salty about it. It’s been a rough couple of years. 😢
Rom&nd makes a very similar product, did it first, and they are GREAT. $10-16 depending on where you get them.

I want to add that DM's Love is Love palette wasn't going to donate to anything until one of their queer angels asked them about it in their post comments. This angel pointed out in their stories later that this was not the first time that they had to call out DM about not donating anything to any queer charities for Pride products until they specifically brought it up. I wouldn't give DM credit for this when it wasn't a part of their original post until after it was called out, and they chose an organization that is not queer-specific at all.
This!! And you know that palette is going to be crazy expensive but it won't make them money because no one in their right mind would spend their money on that awful-looking thing. They don't even say what percentage but whatever% of zero is still zero
Plus I never trust a company not being specific. Maybe they went on to be more specific, but donating a "portion" is a red flag to me. Could be anything and I'm betting its a tiny fraction.

I loved the 1st Britney fragrance as a teen, "Curious". With the little puff to spray it! Such a beautiful bottle & scent. My dad actually picked it out for me & I was so happy because my dad usually never was the one to pick out & purchase our presents. He's passed away now & I still buy it from time to time.🖤

The original Fantasy is still one of my favs. I havnt worn it in 20 years but gosh did I love it back in the day lol.
I have those Lisa Eldridge balms in Sweet Fig and Eppanoui... they feel glorious on the lips and have the prettiest hint of color. They are pricy, but I love Lisa and always love to support her brand.

I bought the Elf Laminating Brow gel and it’s SO GOOD! I slept in it and my brows still look amazing. Elf has knocked ColourPop down as my favorite brand. They have released some of my favorite and Holy Grail product
Ooh, I'll have to try that out if it's still around by the time I use up my e.l.f brow soap, lol! I usually have one clear product for when my brows are freshly dyed & then a tinted gel [Covergirl Easy Breezy Brow still has the best hold for me above everything else].
I actually Love celebrities fragrances. Jlo love at first glow, miami glow and glow after dark, most of Shakira perfumes, Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey and Britney perfumes are my favorites. I also love Kate Moss first fragrance. And yes i feel a sweet nostalgia from this as someone that is almost 40 lol.
I also have alot of Britney and Jlo perfumes in my collection and similar age to you too 😊. You have to try Jlo's Enduring Glow, it is so gorgeous. I love Britney's Intimate Fantasy, it's got that sugar scent and the Fantasy DNA.
J.Lo "Live" was one of my fave fragrances in high school - I love pineapple notes in a perfume or cologne. Now that I wear mostly masculine/unisex scents, I've switched to a Dossier dupe of "Y" by YSL, but that perfume really helped me tune into my preferences.

Hope you’re feeling better soon! I have to buy the ELF brow products because nothing ever hold my brows in place. Love the packaging with the comb. I’ve just tested a brow products from Rimmel that has that exact same packaging. But it doesn’t hold my brows in place. Not even for an hour. Such a disapointment. But I’ll see what the ELF one can do! Love the blush shades from Haus L! Especially Watermelon and Rosetta.

When I saw the title of this video & then saw the Fresh Prince collection I was about to be fuming. I personally really love Glamlite’s collabs. When I see a new one’s coming out I get excited even if it’s not a property I’m interested in. More than any other brand they seem to put a lot of thought & care into making their collabs fit the theme.

I'm so mesmerized by your eye makeup in this, I probably missed about half the new launches. That Danessa Myricks palette is flirting with hate crime territory. And yes, I think it's very important for these brands using Pride Month for marketing to give back to the LGBTQ+ community.

Rom&nd make gorgeous balms that seem like dupes (actually the Eldridge seems like the dupe of Rom&nd). The perfect amount of tint, super moist on the lips, great staying power.
