Two things about the Richie being gay thing.
1) I thought he was in love with Stanley, not Eddie. So that was odd.
2) I thought he was going to out himself to the group in front of It as a way to take some of It's power away. But he didn't. He didn't come out at all. It was just kinda... nothing. Which makes me wonder why you would even do it?
I really liked that inclusion and thought it was a great story arc... And they did NOTHING with it.

Yes, tropic thunder still holds up. Extremely well.
I enjoyed It 2. It wasn't as good as the first one but it was really enjoyable for me. The length didn't bother me, however there were some desicions that felt really wierd (especially the 2 seconds music clip when the Leper threw up on Eddie), the cg was 90% there for me, the humor was alright and the pacing felt ok (though I get the complaints about the "go get your thing" basically repeating itself over and over). I think the ending was ok, nothing too bad but sadly not the greatest ending.
Sadly, IT 2 suffers from the same illness a lot of sequels suffered at their release: it's pretty much the same as the first one, just like Avengers Endgame a couple months ago. It would benefit a whole lot if you see both of them back to back (if you can handle the 6 hours of loud noises).
Frozen 2 is the tentpole film that won't be good. The first one was just okay, still dont understand how it is better received than Tangled or even Princess and the Frog..
It was the buzz created by "let it go". Take that song out and the movie is garbage. Tangled is a far superior movie

Doomsday clock has been thwarted by the fall from Grace of Geoff Johns. A lot of editorial pressure to change and adapt elements have diluted the original vision.
The Last Jedi - now that's a good movie!
The Digital De-Aging on the kids in IT Chapter 2 was distracting as all Hell.
Also the "Controversy" about the Hate Crime is moronic, as the Hate Crime is shown as being Horrific!
Yet Twitter Weirdos are acting as if it's being portrayed as a positive thing, as if The Losers randomly surround and beat up a Gay Couple while triumphant music plays over it.
It's a Horror Scene in a Horror Movie, which is supposed to signify IT's return from hibernation and his negative influence over the people of Derry has magnified.
As IT is supposed to be afraid of The Losers when they return to Derry, as they made him taste Mortality as up until that fight with the kids he assumed he was Immortal.
So eventhough he's more vicious upon his return, he's also keeping his distance from The Losers, his plan is to break them up and scare them into leaving Derry, as he knows that together they are his biggest threat.

Ooh, a Watchmen Caravan of Garbage, woo! Besides the more obvious movie and video game (The End Is Nigh), I think the motion comic and Before Watchmen: Silk Spectre are also great candidates. And by that I mean pretty weird and maybe not as good as a better thing.

Oh my god I hate when people use "but you liked the Last Jedi" as an argument against your credibility. I was talking about how one other totally unrelated movie movie was bad and they said well you like the Last Jedi so it's probably actually good. Yup you got me. I like hundreds of other movies much more than any Star Wars movie let alone The Last Jedi but actually 2001 A Space Odyssey is horrendous and The Vanishing of Sidney Hall is a masterpiece because you didn't like one movie made for children that I liked.

The Last Jedi is the best Star Wars movie we've had so far.
It was interesting, did creative things, and changed what Star Wars could be.
