- Bill Simmons took his legacy as ESPN’s ‘Sports Guy’ to the next level by launching Grantland.com. As fans of Simmons' work, Powerhouse Animation was excited to partner with the Grantland team on their newest venture-the B.S. Report’s Animated Archives. We can’t say enough about how much we’ve loved working with David Jacoby and the rest of the Grantland’ers on this project and we really hope you enjoy the fruits of our collaboration.
We are big fans of Bill Simmons and we were excited about Grantland, so when ESPN called and asked us to help concept design and create a new series of web animated shorts for the site, we were thrilled. David Jacoby, producer at Grantland, wanted each of the Animated Archives & Jalen Rose Story Time pieces to have a unique and different art style. This has been a lot of fun for our character designers and animators to explore different animation techniques and concept design styles. It has also been great to animate stories told by some amazing guests including Arnold Schwartznegger, Jeff Ross, and Jalen Rose.
Powerhouse Animation created several styles and concepts for each of the spots, here are some of the examples. - Krátké a kreslené filmy
I love how Arnold, a multiple Mr Universe, Mr Olympia etc, with a reputation as a huge muscular guy, has no insecurities talking about being picked up a little child by two 7 foot guys.
I absolutely love the fact that arnold, wilt, and andre would party together
I would have paid money to be there when this happened. Lol
This should have at least a million views. It's such a funny story, and its so well animated. Did you animated this?
Grantland animated it. This is simply a repost
Mafube Molange Powerhouse worked with Grantland to animate this
Imagine picking a fight... with that table 😂😂😂
if They said "LEAVE" just leave man, u dont want to pick a fight againts a team of arnie, wilt and andre
this is the most amazing story ever. If you google it, there's actually a picture of him being carried by those 2
If I find it I'll give you a virtual hug
Damn Arnold! You made this short video seem like a documentary lol
👏👏👏👏👏💯💯💯 i love this story,,,,,,, 😂😂😂😂 the check said good money 😂😂
Amazing Story :)
I will try to put this image in my head the next time I'm in one of my moods.
That's amazing
This is a HILARIOUS story! lol
WOW!!!
Arnold Andre Wilt. Someone add Jackie Chan to this and make a movie about four time travelling group
Be right back
Wilt and andre were meant to be long lasting friends lmao
Arnold Schwarzenegger made a mistake about the exercise name. Strange.
Curious that the cartoonist portrays Wilt as being taller than Andre
funny story lol
Rip wilt and andre
I can 120lb tricep pull down easy i thought arnie would be doing a lot more that's only about 50kg
Sure he mistaked it.I have been traning for 2 years and am 6'0 240 not in the universe of being in an Arnolds shape and strength but can easily do 120.As for Wilt.An old Wilt 50 y old was benchpressing 500-600 lbs. While being 7'1.So you get the point.Wilt was like a reallife Goliath
@@erikpuka2627 he was not bench pressing 600 especially at age 50. cmon man.
@@mobpsych7615 465 at age 50. bleacherreport.com/articles/438984-wilt-chamberlain-did-he-really-play-in-weak-era. Some people aren't made the same
@@CbusEJ how's a bleacher report article gonna prove anything lmao they didn't even cite references. and i've already read that. even wikipedia is a more reliable source. it's easy to spread exaggerated feats of strength without documentation.
@Kris Jong-Un he talked about a 170 lb cable triceps pushdown which isn't very strong by the way, so i guess i don't need documented proof regarding that. but some retards actually believe he can bench 600
