Nyarlethotep disguised as Hitler due to a combination of rumors becoming real, and as a counterpart to Philemon embodying all that is good about humanity, he embodies all the evil and chose Hitler as his guise as he is widely considered the most evil man to have lived.

@@kolby535 Technically yes, because (spoiler) that's not the real Hitler. It's a disguise being worn by Nyarlathotep. It's a two-stage boss battle, stage 1 still in the disguise, stage 2 without the disguise

Honestly, the concept of Hitler being a villian in a psuedo-fantasy RPG is very interesting. I remember a game called Shadow Hearts: Covanent who has Grigori Rasputin as one of the major villains, and that game made me enjoy the idea of real world villains and changing them to fit the world's lore and powers.
Rasputin is also a villain in the first raidou kuzunoha game

I don't know- it just feels wrong to me, given real life atrocities commited. I mean if you replaced Volgin from Metal Gear Solid 3 with... Khrushchev or reanimated Stalin, but still kept the lightning powers it would feel *really* god damn weird, and also *wrong.*

@@thienbaongo7997 I can understand. And to be fair, in Persona you're not really fighting Hitler, who even in Personaverse was a real human. You're fighting a cosmic horror that is basically cosplaying him. Which I figure fits.much better and not making light of their atrocities.
I've also used some historical monsters in my roleplaying games (where I have more flexibility), but in general I tend to play them very close to reality (and they usually serve more as background villains who aren't directly confronted).

You didn't make Tatsuya use his Persona Not ONCE
The reason for that is because Tatsuya got hit by Holy Lance which seals your Persona for the whole fight until the character's dead, and I don't think you can heal the ailment with anything

You can heal it with the infinite use item that the white longinus robot drops. It's only %50 success though. Only time this item is even useable is this battle btw since you get it from the last longinus fight.
