@chrisve1asquez I can advocate for us. I, too, am a calisthenics guy. My knees are in so much pain for no reason at all. No matter the warmups. Matter of fact, I can't even deep squat. Matter of fact i cant even warmup without my knees hurting. I can't sit down without pain. Wanna here the worst part? Im only 15 fucking years old!!!! WHY DO I HAVE THESE KNEE PAINS I GO ON WALKS, I AM INTO FITNESS, MY DIET IS AIGHT, WHY TF-

Sissy squats are some real good quad burners ,should give it a try
I walk on my tippy toes for some reason, so my calves just get a starter pack in mass.

no just pick 2-3 exercises. try to do 2-3 sets of each exercises. Do them not to failure but you should feel the burn. I would recommend doing 2-3 times a week and do different variations not just the same you did first time. thats it

How is it not? Squat, lunge, calf raise are some of the most basic exercises you can do. Any of the rest can be scaled back to any level as well

@Vikrant Marathe any exercise can be scaled back. You could be old, well overweight, 1st time in the gym, and you could do some form of these exercises. Obviously, you're not going to go in and do them even close to full range or with decent form, but you would be able to do some kind of progression
What confuses me is the time needed to get shown result. Like Do u train 24/7? I mean whole body. Like if u start with legs, then arms etc etc... It take hours.
No you can spilt your workout into different days like have one for upper and lower etc
I prefer the antagonistic split bcs it saves times and bcs I love supersets. Day 1, Chest and Back, Day 2, Arms and Shoulders, Day 3, Abs and Legs. This can be spread over 4 days as well, the main advantage is that it saves time. And after forty minutes, my productivity during exercise decreases and I start taking longer rests in between sets so forty five and under is ideal for me
