1:40 - Props to the videographer. The way the constant beeping of sounds and such was utilized was spot on

I know the feeling, it overwhelms you so much I've experienced episodes like this. I cannot work due to my mental health problems, after one particularly bad day I got into my car and just broke down, I had to decide whether to drive home or drive anywhere and just disappear. When people tell you to 'pull yourself together ' or cheer up, they've no idea whatsoever! Please continue to work towards making people aware, we're not being dramatic or making things up, we're fighting our own demons.

Great video, one I can strongly resonate with as an office worker; and I can’t help but think the title would attract more viewers - and therefore attention to mental health - if it were titled “at work” instead of “in construction”.
