I remember when the Rock was outted for Writing stuff on his hand. I think from my perspective anyways? Mick used it as a personal growth tool and part of the show. Show he wasn't just trying to sneak lines like a politician reading from a Teleprompter. After all the head trauma he dealt with over his career? I think memory aids is a great way to beat any forgetfulness. I got ADHD and severe memory issues. So seeing him use it on TV like that was very empowering for me.
