His Heel Run was Great because he managed to annoy the Shit outta me and probably Half the planet. But I remember clearly on that one Raw he was a Heel when it started but then During the Tag Match with Kane and Bryan. I remember King for a split Second the camera glanced over I see him Holding his Heart with Cole giving the X Sign… Then we saw the match Kane looks over as the crowd chants Jerry…. Once it was established that King had a Heart Attack Cole literally turned into Himself and has stayed a Face ever since that Night and it’s been the Best Cole we’ve had in a long time! Spin it anyway you want I guess without King’s Heart almost taking him out we would have had Heel Cole for God knows how long!… So Glad we still have King… 👑 ❤ 🙏
Michael Cole in my opinion is doing the best work of his career. His commentary with the Bloodline storyline makes the story so much better. Also his hatred for Dominick Mysterio is top notch.

The one-two punch of Pat McAfee being his partner and Vince getting out of his ear has made Cole into what WWE say he is: one of the best play by play guys in the business. PS. I still really loved the chemistry he had with Tazz back in the day.

Cole has always been the best and most professional commentator in all of wrestling. Once Vince got out of his earpiece, he solidified himself as the best in the business currently. People forget the Cole has always done way more than commentary, He does producing, road work, talent help, etc. The man has been a real workhorse in the industry for 20+ years. Pat McAfee brought out his fun side and now he has a blast every week with KP and Graves on commentary while also staying on course unlike AEW where the commentary team just doesn't seem to wanna be there.
I think the "It's Fight Night!" was originally said by Pat McAfee. The funny thing is a good number of people would probably agree with Cole's thoughts of Divas NXT today.

Season 3 of NXT was the Divas season and I remember how much he hated it and I couldn’t tell if it was real or fake. I know at one point he did a rant on commentary, got up and left NXT entirely.
